Absolutely amazing experience. The owner and team at Mastercraft’s RV Center went well above and beyond to fulfill my needs. They don’t try to persuade you into taking something out of greed. My business dealings, time, and presence felt respected and appreciated. They’re very patient, up front, knowledgeable, and honest about products and services. They will try their best to make sure every customer is taken care of.
My wife and I have been searching for the perfect travel trailer for about two months. We had been to Mastercraft's about a month ago and looked at some units but didn't see what we were looking for. We were in the area last Saturday and stopped in again and went into a camper they had just gotten in. My wife said that was the one. We went back in and talked with Darrin, discussed some other small details regarding price and some other items we wanted to add on. My wife and I talked it over and went back in and made the purchase. We picked it up yesterday and are ready to go camping and enjoy our new home away from home. We really enjoyed the interaction with all of the staff here. Darrin, Sherry and Bart were awesome. They were very courteous, easy going and friendly. No stress, no pressure and very knowledgeable. Thomas gave us our walk thru and told us about all of the features and how to operate everything. He too was courteous, friendly and professional. If you are looking to buy a camper, this is the place to come! What an awesome staff here. It was a great experience. They treat you like family and are very down to earth while asking a million questions like we did.
Called to ask about ordering a sail switch and before I could finish the rude gentleman cut me off to tell me that they didnt have furnace parts. No lets see if we can order no trying to do business at all. Terrible business model my advice look at a different rv place these guys dont seem to like money.... update- my review may have been harsh.
Mastercraft has been servicing our campers for many years. We travel all over the country and have never had the quality of service that is right here in our own lil town. We have bought new camping trailers from Matercraft. We love our 25 ft Shasta. Son is using it now with his family. We trust them with our older camper. We received the same expertise and treatment either way. Their prices are more than fair. Give them your business. If you had a bad experience from the original owners, know that the present owner and technicians are different; they are superb! Happy camping friends. We are on the road again.
Well now, aren't we glad we have these guys close by? Everyone here is terrific to deal with, professional, and they perform TOP NOTCH repairs and maintenance for any RV!! THEY also handle our annual inspection to maintain our Forever Warranty, which came with our RV, and they submit all the info for us; we don't have to do a thing! Now mind you, we didn't even buy our RV there; (they didn't have one big enough for our needs at the time.)..but it doesn't stop them from giving us 100% impeccable service. Fair, honest, and timely service-- what more could you ask for?? What a relief!!
