Friendly and easy buying experience! So we’ve been searching for particular model class C motorhome ( Coachmen leprechaun 230fs) and came across one that was listed at Markquart Lake Hallie. I reached out online and quickly heard back from Garrett. He communicated well and gave me all the information that I needed. Most of the communication was done via email, video chat and phone call. As I was buying from out of state, over 1500 miles away. Needless to say it was a good experience. They were easy to deal with and made a cross country purchase as easy as it could be. Markquart staff made sure everything was ready to go as to make sure that my short time in the area was not wasted. Heck they even followed me to the local airport so I could drop off my rental car I had picked up in Minneapolis. Then gave me a ride back to the dealer. A good small town local dealership feel with good people. Could use some updating in the building itself, but overall solid. Thank you to Garrett and Mark.

I called to ask their service tech Jeff Oliver return a call to me as he worked on our Aqua Hot boiler awhile back and was familiar with the unit. I have a question about the unit that he is familiar with as the repair bill was nearly 6k. I was told it was new policy to not allow contact or even ask them to have a tech return a phone call. I was told they want to bill for any information exchange between the customer and a tech and that I was welcome to schedule an appointment. The most polite response I can offer is that it's really not that simple to just bring in a unit. I would if I had to, but we don't know do we? An absurd policy that will prevent me from dealing with your firm. Especially after being a past customer paying top dollar labor rates. The only way I can respond to your response is to add as an edit. First of all, speaking with the tech who actually knows how Aqua Hot boilers work and has worked on this specific unit it the first step of proper diagnosis. You service desk explained the object of your new policy is wanting to position to bill for any information exchanged.....even if that information is that an appointment wasn't necessary. Second, the last time I made an appointment there was a 30 day leadtime. Fine. Problem was the motorhome sat on your lot for six weeks before being looked at....Only to then learn that 4 of my new batteries froze because nobody bothered to plug the unit in while it sat. Third, why do I think that if I were thinking of buying a unit from you and I call in with a question for the salesman, the salesmen would either take my call or I'd be able to leave my number and expect a returned call?? It's a lousy policy and your explanation doesn't hide the true objective of greed at the added expense of your customer.

We had been to the RV expo the weekend before coming into the store, so we had a pretty good idea of what we were looking for. Dave was the salesman who warmly greeted us at the door. He took us to the model we had seen at the show, went over everything about it with us, carefully listened to everything we were looking for in an RV, just to make sure there wasn’t another model we should consider. We all agreed, the model we had picked was the one for us. Dave walked us through the entire process with professionalism and ease. Introduced us to the rest of the staff and to the folks in the shop who would be prepping our RV for delivery, who also were top notch and professional. Mark took care of all the paperwork and financing, making it easy and painless. In a few days our RV was ready for us to pick up. Dave got us with the fella who did our walkthrough of the RV with us. He too was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We cannot say enough about Dave and the entire staff at Markquart RV. It was BY FAR the best purchasing experience we have ever had. Stop in and ask for Dave!

Markquart RV goes out of their way to make purchasing a camper and making repairs a friendly and smooth process. We didn’t feel pressured to buy at any time. Everyone at this place is very patient, answering even the simplest questions. Brian even came to our home on a Saturday to help us problem-solve an issue we couldn’t resolve! (Turned out to be user error on my part)

Garrett, Justin in sales were super knowledgeable and friendly to work with. Josh the general manager was great as well he followed up with me after the purchase, witch I greatly appreciated. Ryan in the service department did a great job with putting up with me and all my dumb questions about the solar and lithium battery upgrade. We also had a small issue with our furnace, and Ryan did a great job of taking care of us by sending a technician to our house to take of the problem. Brian the technician was super knowledgeable and did a great job as well! You would never have guest brian's age, by the way, he crawled around the camper, and got into spots that even a mouse would add a hard time getting into. Over just want to give a big shout out to willie's r v and the entire team for putting up with me and taking care of me when I needed it!!!! THANK YOU WILLY'S R V
