Bought a 2026 Durango with 4 miles on it, now has 2k, it can't keep it's adaptive cruise on for an hour straight. Been in shop for bumper reinforcement, no help. Took it to Reganis in Scottsbluff ne. Stayed in waiting room for 4 hours before anyone even talked to me, the another 3hrs. just to be told, "maybe it needs another bracket on the bumper." If you plan on buying a 2026 dodge or jeep, don't just dodge it..RUN!. I can't wait to get to Cheyenne and give it away to the Hyundai dealer there.
If I could give zero stars, I would. My camper was in their possession for over six months. I initially brought it in for a simple water leak, but they identified numerous other problems instead of fixing the leak. When I questioned this, they claimed they tested the camper by hooking it up to water for the weekend and found no leak—yet, upon my first trip out after six months, the water was leaking in the same location as before. Honestly, I’m surprised they’re still in business. The attitude of the lady at the service desk was unprofessional, and even my insurance adjuster questioned whether I should have them work on my camper. Based on her demeanor, I wouldn’t trust them to do anything correctly. I ended up calling a mobile RV mechanic who located the water leak in less than an hour. Based off of the piping he gave me an idiot could have seen this crack. I will never return to this service center.
We purchased a Rockwood MiniLite with Burt. He was able to get us the best deal and was extremely helpful during the entire process. We love our new camper! Would absolutely recommend Maddox and Burt!
