I had a trailer hitch intalled on my Honda CR-V by Luxury Vehicle Care, which was one of three local businesses recommended by etrailer.com. Christopher was very responsive when I called him and his price was considerably better than the two other places I called. He was able to schedule me in a couple of days. Hunter (I think that was his name) did the install and was very courteous. Haven't used the hitch yet, but looks good and we'll test it out next week!
We stored two of our vehicles here in short notice. Wonderful service, great customer service, and our vehicles were treated with care. We can’t recommend them enough.
Absolutely fantastic group of people to deal with. The service department is great, friendly and knowledgeable. Sales side is straight up, friendly, ultra transparent and efficient. Everything you want when going to buy or service anything. I also toured their storage facility. What an amazing place. 10 stars.
Great place to leave RV, secure and charged, filled with water and propane when you pick it up! Also, so SWEET to get service at the same place you store it, one stop shop (especially when you consider the service level at some of the "authorized" facilities these days - post pandemic). Great walking trail nearby, for me I get to walk to the facility as well! Can't beat this arrangement if you are into great service and convenience!
Sunny is a great helper and very responsive. She make sure there is some one I can reach during weekend pick up. Chris is a very knowledge experience technician. The van exterior cleaning is a shine. I definitely recommend Luxury Vehicle Care for the service and peace of mind.
