We’ve been coming to this location through all its changes — from RVZZ to Lazy Days and now Campers Inn. The one constant has been the excellent service from Josh, the service manager. He is always helpful, efficient, and honest, he makes the entire service process easy and stress-free. The techs are always on point and do quality work, and it’s such a relief knowing we have a service team we can trust. In our opinion, they are the best RV service department in Washington County. We’ll definitely keep coming back and highly recommend them!

Great service and sales on our new rig. George was our check out tech and he went over the whole rig. Cindy handled the finance side and was seem less. Thanks guys !

I was shown a new travel trailer that had multiple visible issues, including wallpaper peeling and broken interior pieces. When I said I was not interested because of the condition, the salesperson told me that this was “normal for new RVs” and that damage during transport from the manufacturer is just how new RVs are supposed to be. Even after I clearly stated more than once that I was not interested in that unit, the salesperson continued trying to push the sale and encourage me to buy it anyway. I felt pressured, talked over, and not listened to. I am not a first-time or naïve buyer. I am very knowledgeable about RVs and what is and is not acceptable for a new unit. Being told that obvious defects and broken items were normal was not accurate and was unacceptable to me. The way I was spoken to and the level of pressure to purchase something I had already declined were major red flags. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.

Mike was our sales guy. He was awesome; he wasn’t trying to push anything we didnt want or need. Highly recommend! Go in and ask for Mike, he will take care of you.

Well, it saddens me that I have to write a negative review. But I want others to know that from the first time something is offered to you, get it in writing or ensure two salesmen are together. With that, even know we were not given what was offered from the beginning the experience was very unprofessional! You don’t tell a customer, “let me look you in the eye and I will take (X) amount off, my final offer and I am loosing money on this!” Then walk out of the finance office. As a customer, I deserve more respect with the down payment I was giving and a very large sum to the purchase of the RV! We will never go to Lazy Days RV again. It could have turned around for a better experience! Here’s an example; “I know this might not have turned out what you wanted, but let me keep your contact details and if something else comes along the way, I’ll reach out to you?” Everyone is entitled to their own opinions and experiences; which I can understand. I am only speaking on my husband’s and mine experience. Thank you. Ramona Did call customer service and no call back and called the store and manager can’t even apologize or have a conversation!
