Jefferson was our sales guy. We felt absolutely confident to be working with him on our decision. We have in mind a business as well and we will very much so be using Jefferson. He’s very professional knowledgeable and he truly cares about his clients. He checked in on us three times for a maiden voyage. I felt good to know that he was there as I have a daughter in a little baby grandson to keep safe on our adventures with our Coleman light 22BX thank you Jefferson I will always refer you to my family and friends when they are interested in buying a unit thank you camper world For a fantastic product and five star customer service for sure. On January 11, 2026, my girlfriend, our newborn child, my service animal (Gandalf), and I drove specifically to the Camping World dealership in Surprise, AZ (located at 12630 North Autoshow Avenue, Surprise, AZ 85388), in search of a new way of living through the purchase of an RV. My service animal was leashed, under full control, and well-behaved at all times. Initially, the staff (including salesperson Cam) were very friendly and fond of both my service animal and my newborn child, offering positive comments and reinforcement that everything seemed fine. We then walked a good distance across the lot before being informed that I would not be allowed to enter or view the RV with my service animal present. I understand that Title III of the ADA requires places of public accommodation, such as retail dealerships, to permit service animals in all areas open to customers, with very limited exceptions that did not apply in this case. A report was filed with the justice department

So the wife and I decided to get a used class C and we looked at alot. We went here and they had a perfect rig for us. Shane our sales man is a nice guy but was not very knowledgeable when It came to our many questions, his response was not a Mercedes dealer. Sorry but if you are selling it, ha e some basic knowledge. Prior to our test drive it was suppose to have gas put in it. It did not happen and we ran out of gas on a very busy freeway putting us and the guy bringing gas at risk. That aside we fell in love with rig and pulled the trigger. I decided to finance with a large down payment and the money had to be delivered via wire transfer as our bank is out of state. I needed assistance in getting the wire transfer done which would have taken a minute or two. Patricia refused to excuse herself from a customer to assist me in getting this done. When she finally called back my bank had closed. She was rude and very unprofessional. We made arrangements to ome in 4 days later so the rig could be serviced and detailed. We arrived on time but it was not ready and our appointment started almost an hour late. Once done in finance I wanted a quote on a tow bar to tow our jeep. Parts was very busy and the guy working the counter took my info and stated that he would email my quote to me, almost a week later and I am still waiting. Called today to try and get the quote and the employee once again took info and stated that he woukd all right back with the quote and I'm still waiting. I do not recommend this business for your camping rv needs or wants as the under staffed and lack knowledge. There are much better and more established ones to go to. I was agood qualified customer with a credit score well over 800 and the experience was not pleasurable and it should have been. Go somewhere else

DONT DO IT, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE OH MY GOODNESS I am going to start off with saying our trailer search was a short one, we found a trailer we loved, went in the next morning and was greeted by Jefferson Haworth. He showed us the trailer told us all the specs and information on it. He was GREAT to work with, made the entire process of buying a trailer super easy. But when finance got ahold of us, this is where it started getting "sticky". The paperwork all went well, the lady was nice and was even understanding with our two small kids being there with us. We got the "Good Sam" thing they offer but at the time of paperwork, they said the systems were down and that they would reach out when the system is back up to get us enrolled. This was last Tuesday, 7/29 and i have been calling, showing up in person but since the finance lady is the ONLY ONE who can help enroll us, we are stuck. Jefferson has been helping to try to get the ball rolling but we keep getting stuck in the gutter. It just feels as if they made their sale and got what they wanted and we are now put on the back burner to get us our stuff we paid for! We shall see if this review speeds up the process of getting us our Good Sam membership :) Update: Camper was purchased in July and just today, 10/23/2025 we finally got the plates! and get this, they didn't submit it to the DMV in time so there was an additional penalty fees tacked on as well! Two months late to be exact. This place is a joke STAY AWAY FAR AWAY

I typically do not write reviews, but I feel it is important to share this experience. My wife and I visited Camping World to purchase a fifth-wheel trailer and found an excellent deal on a 2025 Grand Design model. We informed both the salesman and the finance department that we were in the process of buying a home and needed to be cautious with our credit inquiries. We were assured that if we provided the range of our credit score, our application would be submitted to only one bank. We were initially told that the first bank approved us, but the terms were not favorable. Without notifying us, the finance department proceeded to submit our application to additional lenders. We were later informed that we had been approved and believed the process was complete. Unfortunately, we have since learned from our mortgage company that our credit was run nine separate times, which could negatively impact our ability to secure financing for our home.
