This could have been a 2 star review but Things turned out fine.. I waited a couple months to write this review to be thorough and truthful about our experience here. We ordered a 33 Classic Airstream new through this dealer. Price was right but location was really far for us. They were pretty nice folks. We arrived and the unit was about ready to go with a few modifications that needed to be done per our request and the complete walk through. During walk through (noon) we found a major component was failed making the unit unacceptable. Complete let down.. We thought it was just discovered but then found out….. Sales guy knew about it for a couple days. service guys knew about it. Sales guy was hoping we would not notice it there in the garage.. We drove 1100 miles with intentions of using the unit that night for shake down at local campground. One can imagine my feelings when all they had to do was call me and tell me to delay a day, week, or month to fix the issue.. I did, in deed, lose my mind. While I was cooling off in the parking lot away from everyone the sales manager approached me. He convinced me he knew nothing about the issue. I believed him because after he got involved the issue was fixed after a couple hours to my complete satisfaction. Learning more we found that the bad egg sales guy was acting as a independent cell in a fantastic team. The only fail here was this sales guy.. Everyone else was great to deal with. There were a couple little things that needed a part for that may have been left out in the build.. and one small part that failed us while we were shaking down. These parts were waiting for us when we got home. I would let these service guys work on anything I own. they were thorough and very competent. I don’t remember the other guys in service but they were all super nice and very good.. Al was our walk through guy he did amazing job.. Steve was sales manager and he was the savior to the whole program, if not for him and his demeanor things would have gone very South. Honorable Mention to the finance guy.. to the point and very good. I wont mention the sales guys name as hopefully he is irrelevant at this point. He let the whole team down. Threw his service team under the bus twice and mislead us in several ways. In the End. Knowing what I know now.. I will come back here to trade in when the time comes and encourage anyone else to use this place for purchase or work on RV. Since our delivery of our new 33 classic in late September (December 5 today) we have spent 24 days in our unit at 6 different camp sites. No issues. Thanks LazyDays of Maryville..

We bought our first Airstream a few months ago and we absolutely love it. I felt like Chilhowee did a great job with the sale and I would absolutely return for my next Airstream. The reason I gave only 4 stars is this: I feel the salesmen need to know the ins and outs of every single model. We had so many questions and luckily they had a guy in service know how to do some of the things we were inquiring about because the salesmen has no idea. Granted we bought the Nest which is a newer model, but I have been in sales and I know you should know your product inside and out before trying to sell. Besides that the salesmen were wonderfully nice and as helpful as they could be. I never felt pressured. They were there to help. The guys in the service department helped my husband learn everything about the Nest he needed to know before driving away. We live out RV and someday we will return when we are ready for a bigger one. Happy Camping!

We bought our Motorhome from Kelly Rogers. He was fantastic from the phone call I made to him and all through the purchase. There was no pressure from Kelly at all. He was very knowledgeable. When we picked up our Motorhome, Kelly introduced us to Zeke, the gentleman who did the walkthru with us, explaining every feature. Even though our Motorhome was a 2015 Class A, it had only 16,000 miles on it. It looked brand new when we picked it up. We could not be more satisfied. I have recommended this location and Kelly and Zeke to two of my friends.

We recently purchased a 2015 Winnebago class A from the Maryville TN location and couldn’t be more pleased. The staff were very nice and I feel we got a great deal. Our salesman and finance manager were great to work with. Will definitely buy from them again.
