We had a great experience working with Felisha at Lazydays RV in Loveland. She took the time to show us many travel trailers, until we found the perfect one for our needs! She was very knowledgeable, and the staff was very thorough in showing us how everything worked in our new trailer. Thank you Felisha! We can’t wait for spring to take it out !

We spent the better part of two weeks looking for the right camper. Through the whole process, Felicia, our Sales Associate, and Josh, the Sales Manager did everything they possibly could to accommodate us. Pat, the Service Tech was amazing too!! After everything was said and done, we chose to stay put with our camper, but it was us, not them!! If you're in the market for a new or used Camper, we strongly suggest visiting Campers Inn of Johnstown! They will treat you right!!!

Large selection overall. Absolutely every unit we looked at had damages to it in one way or another. It almost seems as units were delivered and then never touched again. Hard to consider of dropping $100k-$500k for something that hasn't even been properly prepared for sale. Well aware of recreation vehicles being a bouncy house on wheels and things break. But maybe at least try to fix so.e things to attract a potential buyer. One of the worst lots wd have seen.

We purchased a 2015 Winnebago Sightseer 36Z from Lazydays, and the entire experience has been incredibly disappointing from start to finish. After significant delays (8 months) and poor communication throughout the buying process, we received the coach only to find that it had been damaged. It was clearly struck by something, which caused the slide topper to fall off and left long scratches down the side of the unit. When we brought this to their attention, Lazydays refused to take responsibility for the damage. We were met with avoidance, excuses, and an overall lack of accountability. Instead of owning their mistake and making it right, they pushed the burden onto us. The service department was unhelpful and lied about the cause. We are having to deal with the fallout of their negligence ourselves—spending time, money, and energy to fix damage they caused. The lack of professionalism and customer care was appalling. We cannot recommend Lazydays to anyone. If you’re considering purchasing from them, be aware that once they have your money, you’re on your own. If you have to deal with the service department, take photos and note everything. The will blame you for the damage they cause. Avoid them if you can.

This is now called Campers Inn. I made an inquiry on their website about a Travel Trailer. A nice lady Felicia Klein contacted me. A majority of my questions & information was handled through text as I live a couple hours away. I was able to firm up a deal on a trade -in and had not problems. I drove my unit down that I was trading in and my new trailer was ready. I had a couple of specific parts I wanted the service department to install upon delivery and they came through perfectly. Felicia was very easy to work with, professional, respectful & patient. She addressed all my concerns right away. Everyone I worked with here was great no problems from sales, financing (Jay) to service. Thanks!
