Buying an RV is a big decision. Use this guide to shop Lazydays RV of Denver's inventory with confidence.
Set your budget first
RV prices range from under $10,000 for used travel trailers to $300,000+ for Class A diesel pushers. Know your number before you browse. Use SearchShop's payment estimator on any Lazydays RV of Denver listing to model monthly costs.
Pick the right RV type
Travel trailers and fifth wheels need a capable tow vehicle. Class B and C motorhomes offer an easier entry point. Class A motorhomes give the most space. Ask the team at Lazydays RV of Denver which type fits your camping style.
Inspect these on every unit
Check the roof for cracks or soft spots (signs of water damage). Open every slideout and look for seal wear. Run all appliances. Test the generator, AC, and water heater. Check the underbelly for rust or damage.
Know the weight ratings
Every RV has a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR). Overloading causes tire blowouts and frame damage. Compare the GVWR against your intended load before committing.
Review service records
Ask Lazydays RV of Denver for any available service history. Regular maintenance records — oil changes, roof resealing, slide service — signal a well-cared-for unit.
RV loans are specialized. Knowing the basics helps you get the best deal when financing through Lazydays RV of Denver in Aurora, Colorado.
Typical Loan Terms
10 to 20 years is typical for larger RVs. Shorter-term loans save on total interest.
Down Payment
10% to 20% is typical. A larger down payment reduces monthly costs and total interest paid.

What an amazing experience! Leah in sales, Jesse and Kevin in financing and Kevin from service were just great. I cannot say enough positive things about the customer service we received from beginning to end. We felt so confident in their expertise, we actually traveled from Arizona to Colorado to pick up the trailer. From start to finish, they were there so attentive with pictures, emails, texts and phone calls. I would recommend Lazydays RV of Denver to anyone!! Thanks again!!
I bought my 1st RV at Lazy Days IN 2023 and the Staff was a pleasure. I found out a year after I bought a 2015 RV that it was really a 2014. Paid an upcharge of $11K because of the year difference. Presently filing a civil suit against LazyDays because they refuse to rectify their error, stating they go by when the conversion was completed. Although, all my loan documents state it's a 2015, tag registration, and insurance company confirmed otherwise. Surprisingly, a true 2015 year, make, model, color was available for the same price as the 2014 RV I purchased. WHAT A RIP! Do yourself a favor and buy RV from an honest dealer!
So I have recently purchased and now acquired a new smaller travel trailer! I have owned and been in a long line of family and friends, who have also owned recreational vehicles, across the board Class C to A diesel. I can say that Jeff, was outstanding, patient, kind, and responsive to my needs, budget, needs, and considerations. Jeff went out of his way to help me with both the selction and purchase process. Once the sale was completed, (which Jeff kept in touch) 'RED' or Reyna/Rayna, was outstanding and also patient and responsive. All I asked for at the beginning stage of my experience was transparency and honest communication. This bunch including the Sales Manager/and final Make Ready team did just that, and we're successful in being able to address the majority of everything I asked for! I am very pleased to find a business that stands behind their sales and customer experience! Unfortunately, I believe Lazy Days Aurora was put into a difficult position from Forest River, who should have addressed most if not all of this from the factory before sending out a subpar non-ready unit (all mostly production & lots of QC issues), having a customer purchase said unit, then tell the customer that those issues needing to be addressed, derived from the FR manufacturing facility. Now with that said, both (FR / LD's) have stepped up collaboratively, to make a good experience right/great and have done great in the process. Needless to say, I hope everyone at Lazy Days Aurora are made aware of their hard work and the customer appreciation. In addition, please extend the recognition to all involved. Please provide lunch with any difference or remaining balance! Thanks Jeff & Red! Cheers guys!🙂
First time buyers here! Also made everything a little more tricky because we were purchasing from across the country! Jeff Weber was our salesman, and honestly we were blown away by his personal level of care! From the moment we reached out, Jeff immediately responded politely and professionally. He answered every question, and anything he wasn’t sure of he had an answer from someone who did know immediately! Our little RV is definitely not a major sell in comparison to what other buyers spend, but he still treated us like we were just as important as the big spenders. That means a lot to us! He did a facetime call for us to really go over everything on the RV so we could be sure this truly was the vehicle we wanted before we flew out to see it and sign the papers. Since we were flying in and driving our RV back to Tennessee, we had to order some supplies (waste lines, waterlines, bed sheets etc.) for the drive back. Jeff was amazing enough to store all our amazon packages in his personal office until we arrived! If thats not customer service at its finest, I don't know what is!! We flew in from Tennessee and Jeff picked us up at the airport and drove us to our RV for the final walkthrough! The service department showed us how to use our new RV which was so helpful! Even as we have had questions post sale, Jeff is still responsive and helpful! We are so thankful for this vehicle and that we had such a great salesman to help us through the process! Thank you, Jeff!
We had a great experience here. Our sales person was Justin and he did a great job asking questions to understand what our real needs were. After looking at a model we intended to buy and then by chance looking at a different model and floorplan, we chose to buy the 2023 Heartland North Trail 27BHG. Justin spent all the time we needed and was excellent as we worked out the details on the purchase. His follow up was great. When it was time to pick up our trailer, Kevin did our walk through and he was awesome. Showed us everything and let us ask as many questions as we had. Felt very comfortable as we pulled away with our new trailer. Then we met Sam from the service and parts team. Great guy and will be a great resource as we move forward. I would highly recommend Just and team when you are looking for your next great adventure purchase.
