My husband and I have had a bumper pull trailer for the last couple of years and recently decided to upgrade to a Class C motorhome. We visited La Mesa RV last weekend and found a motorhome that seemed to fit all our needs. However, when we didn’t sign paperwork immediately, the experience quickly changed. As consumers, we just wanted to take our time and do our due diligence with research before making such a big decision. Instead, the pleasantries stopped, and it felt like we were met with pressure and resistance. We were given a low trade-in offer that didn’t reflect our camper’s value, and even received numbers on a camper that wasn’t ours. The sales tactics felt pushy, with finance wanting us to sign that same day. What was most disappointing was being faced with additional charges for dealer prep fees on a motorhome valued over $70,000, as well as fees for gas, propane, safety checks, and a demonstration. From my research, these are typically covered by the manufacturer, so it felt like an attempt to add extra costs. When I shared my concerns and said this didn’t feel like the right fit for my family, the salesperson, Frank, simply said, “Happy Trails,” which felt dismissive. I’m sharing this so others are aware and take the time to do their homework before stepping into La Mesa RV. I hope future customers are treated with more respect and fairness than we were.

Went to La Mesa Albuquerque on Sunday 22nd to view Class C motorhomes. Good selection to view and Ayishia was a great help showing us around. She was professional and knowledgeable then provided information plus links for us to follow up on our preferred units. Well worth the time spent there.

I had a few issues with a used van I bought there but who doesn't have issues with used RVs vans? Anyhow they helped with some cost of something that wasn't working after purchase deemed to be my fault. Besides all that they have been great.

It seems that there have been big changes at La Mesa RV. Customers have become an imposition in the service department. We use our RV weekly and they will not work with us on Warranty item. Be aware before you buy there and then expect the service department to treat you with some customer respect. All the people that were working with us there last year, when we bought our new rig, are gone. Makes us wonder? We are looking for a second RV for family camping and will seek another dealer. La Mesa and Camping World have definitely lost our confidence.

We bought our 2023 Winnebago Revel here on our anniversary! Very happy with the whole crew there, friendly phone calls and emails from different departments to make sure we got everything ready for us to pickup. We did many months of research for our Class B RV, and La Mesa had the price we were looking for and close to Denver. Called and talked to Stacey, he was very knowledgeable and told us everything about the RV we were interested in and got us started with purchasing process. We rented a car drove to Albuquerque. The minute that we walked in, got warm greeting from customer service and sales department. Did a nice test drive and had a detailed orientation for more then 3 hours with Lynn! She answered all our questions and Kyle at financial department was very quick and easy, no pushing for extra warranty packages. All paperwork were done before our arrival, we just signed on hard copies. After finished all paperwork, transportation department helped us returned our rental in the airport while service department was winterizing our revel per our request! We noticed their packing lot had lots of different types of RV. The place was nice and clean. Very friendly people worked here. Highly recommended to everyone! PS. We spent our 1st night in our Revel on our way back to Denver at Raton. Cooked our dinner, slept in very comfortable bed. The heating system kept us nice and warm inside(outside 29F)overnight.
