The whole experience was seamless. Kay even drove to my home to pick me for the delivery of our new to us 2010 Lazy Daze. Kay went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that we were happy. Kay's RV is a small family owned business that prides itself on its personal touches and it's customers service. If you're looking for 40 acres of RVs and slick sales peop, e this is not the place for you. Thanks, Kay. we are loving our Lazy Daze RV!
Kay's embodies service before, during, and after the sale. Kay herself is a wonderfully unique salesperson in that she doesn't act like one! She stayed close (without hovering) to answer any questions we had, then answered all questions honestly. If she didn't know the answer she said so, then went in search of so we'd have all the facts. Not only was there absolutely no pressure from her, but she was fun to spend our afternoon with! We purchased our RV a few days before Christmas and hit the road. We had an issue on Christmas eve and texted Kay. She called us immediately. We had another issue on Christmas day and texted Kay. Once again, she called us immediately. A couple of weeks later she called just to check on us. That is extraordinary. That is service above and beyond the sale. Kay's is not just an exemplary business, and it is, but Kay, her family, and staff are truly great people too!
Kay is such on honest, caring person and it shows in the way she treats people. This was the second travel trailer she has sold for me in the past 6 years and I could not be more pleased with her professionalism and dedication to " making that sell happen".. definitely a one-of-a-kind dealership that you can trust....Joe
