I thought Johnson rv was amazing because my purchase went amazing! I then got purchased the extended warranty and have now taken my van in three times for a leak that is still unresolved. Each time, I was told they could not find the issue—even though the leak is obvious. At one point, they claimed it must have been fixed when they “tightened things,” but the leak is still present. They also replaced the battery relay, but when I picked up my van the battery was dead and the AC had been left running. Since then, the battery drains very quickly whenever I run off the house battery. After speaking with DM Vans, I learned they were extremely concerned that the solar system was repeatedly charging the van only for the AC to immediately drain it again—an issue that may have been going on for a long time without my knowledge. On top of that, the AC unit has now been hit and is falling down. I have been trying to reach a manager for three weeks, with multiple promises of call-backs, but I’ve received no resolution and no return calls. This has been a deeply frustrating experience. Between the unresolved leak, the battery/AC issues, and the lack of communication, I feel let down and very concerned about the quality of service and accountability. I will be taking next steps this week if I don’t get a call back!

Andrew was awesome !! He was so nice, friendly and helpfull. If you go to the Sandy location ask for him !!! Our whole experience was great from start to finish, service got the little things and add ons we wanted done quickly. Thanks to everybody that helped us feel good about our purchase !!!

I need to give kudos to Johnson RV in Sandy. I have taken my motor home to them for several years for maintenance and annual checkups. A few years ago a tree fell on my motor home. The entire front end needed to be replaced. The work they did was Terrific. Mark worked with my insurance and coordinated everything! Recently we had a mis-communication when an employee failed to document what needed to be done accurately. Issues happen, we are all human. It is how we fix the problem that shows the character of a business. Matthew the service manager stepped in and had the work done better than I expected. Having patience and calmly communicating our issues makes all the difference. Johnson RV you have a quality team in your service department! Thank you

I am a picky shopper and went back and forth to Johnson RV as well as to other dealers to see a lot of different brands and models. Dustin Allen was a fantastic salesperson. He was always friendly, communicative, and patient. We never felt pressured to buy. In the end, we got a brand new Leisure Unity from a cancelled order. By the time we went through the whole shopping and purchase process, we felt like Dustin wasn't just a helpful sales guy, but a friend. When we picked up our van, Ian gave us a fun and thorough walk through. He and Austin are in the process of helping us with some modifications and so far they've been great, too! We did decide to sell our previous RV ourselves rather than trade it in. We're getting twice as much as the trade in department offered us. It's worth the work. It's always better to sell yourself if you can, but especially when the RV industry is still recovering from the post-pandemic slump and for us, we're doing this all in the fall which is obviously not the best season for RV companies to buy inventory. Overall - Johnson RV really carries the best RVs you can buy. We recommend them. Make sure to ask for Dustin!
