I would not do any business with Johnson RV. If you have a complaint, good luck actually getting ahold of someone with authority. I would not have them fix anything unless it was under warranty and you absolutely have no other choice. I would not let them install anything either, see photos attached. 6k washer and dryer install. Won’t give us the itemized break down. According to their shop manager, all their installs go directly into the panel vinyl without backing due to weight reduction. Their motto is the bigger screws you use the less thick material you need. This is no joke. They offered to fix several other things but this is gold standard. Do not buy any add ons. Ask them to take responsibility, nothing is in their department. Sales, finance, shop etc. First google review I’ve left in my life BTW

Aaron is an Amazing Salesman he walk us through all the RVs we wanted to see and some models we did know about. Aaron was very honest about everything what might work for us and some that didn’t work for us. Ryan was also Great showing us how everything works and explaining everything to us that we could understand if we had a question about something he took the Time to make sure we got it and he didn’t care how long we took it was about 2 1/2 Hours walk through.
