I just purchased a 2026 Revel Sport from Lee and Wai at Johnson RV in Fife. First of all, I couldn't beat their price anywhere in the US. Secondly, I have never felt less hassle and pressure while at the same time being serviced with attention and detail. The handover process was amazing. Every question was answered and each operational detail was explained thoroughly. Ariel in finance was a pleasure to work with as well. She was extremely organized and efficient with the purchasing process. When and if I decide to buy another RV, I will not shop anywhere else.
We had an exceptional buying experience with Johnson RV, starting with excellent communications prior to deciding to buy an RV, all the way to making our RV purchase! We are very happy with Jon and the others at Johnson RV! We are enjoying our 2025 Ekko transit, thank you!
We had a really good experience at Johnson RV in Fife. We had the pleasure of working with Wai Leung. He was not pushy at all. He was honest, knowledgeable and a genuinely nice guy. We had them hold the unit for a couple weeks. During that time we had questions and he always answered his phone. Even on his days off. The entire team at this dealership is great to work with. I would not hesitate to do business with them. I highly recommend them.
We had a great experience at Johnson RV. Jacob the sales rep we worked with was such a genuine and kind person, not enough nice things to say about him. He even came in on his day off to make sure everything went smooth when we had our walkthrough. We felt so comfortable working with him. Airelle was so fun and down to earth. She helped us with the finance portion and put such a nice binder together for us which showed us everything we needed to know about our warranty, roadside assistance, GPS tracker and more. Kevin was super laid back and answered all of our questions when he did our walkthrough. We had an issue figuring out the swivel chairs and he and numerous techs and other employees came to help until they figured it out. We would definitely recommend Johnson RV.
I'm having a MORE Than A FEW issues with service department on my only two month old coach had the fridge completely stopped working. These items were addressed through #Warranty and they took several weeks months to be approved ... (on a brand new coach ) When I took time out of my day to have a family member come and pick me up and take me to FIFE, WA my RV is still not done. Over half of the repairs were Not even done, even though they were billed for and stated on the work order sheet. My fridge finally was installed, but the doors were installed backwards! A few other items that I was told were addressed, Were forgotten, even though there was a list hanging inside the coach that I had left. I continue to get the "runaround" that they are short-staffed and that they have new workers and that they are picking up the pieces from the previous people. After spending over 5K in hotels, I want my RV FIXED and I want it back!!! Additional repairs were found at the time I tried to pick my RV up and I am told again those will all have to be submitted through #Warranty, extending the stay even longer. Expedite my case and I will fix my reviews. I have paid good money for my coach a high-end RV and I want to use it. Stop making excuses and take accountability for the work that needs to be done. I am going to call every single day from this day on until I get my coach back in working order. Do not let these people slide on what they "say" they will do.
