Johnson Auto & RV has been a family owned and operated business for three generations and we recently celebrated our 60th anniversary. We were established in 1952 by Karl Johnson and was originally known as US31 Motor Sales. After his retirement in 1980, Karl's son, Tom, took over the business.
I had an outstanding experience at Johnson's Auto and RV! Craig, who assisted me, was absolutely fantastic. His customer service was top-notch—he answered all of my questions that my family and I had and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He made sure my camper was in perfect condition, and any issues that came up were resolved immediately. It was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend them!
Personally, having worked in the automotive industry for 50 years and as some level of management in new car car dealerships for 37...I see a dealer that genuinely cares. I brought my used RV home 100 miles away. I found a couple items they missed during inspection. They cared enough to pick up the RV and complete the repairs. Sounds like the Kalispell Auto Group philosophy...,"Take care of the customer as 1st priority" Definetly 5 STARS! 😀
Got my Honda from these guys almost a decade ago and still have not had ANYTHING go wrong. The service and my car is a jem.
