6 out of 5 stars! My wife and i came in looking for a bigger rig but was still on the fence, and right off rip we broke bread with Matthew and he showed us around. Steve helped us with processing and more looking. It was awesome, these guys never made us feel pressured. Steve made us feel at home, and took his time in finding us the best deal we were comfortable with. Friendly, real and very accomodating to us during the whole the trade in process. Also a big shoutout to JWs service team, they did a killer job in making sure we were setup, everything was in working order, and showed us all the functions of our new fifth wheel. I have to say being born and raised in Las Vegas, you don't see this kind of hospitality on a daily. Hands down best motorohome/rv trade-in process i have ever made. If your looking or on the fence or unsure what you want, going to Johnny Walkers will be your best rv experience in this town. Ask for my guys, Steve Shipman or Matthew Frey! Thank you gentleman!
We loved our experience at JWRV! Juan was awesome! He made it super easy. Very accommodating. We then met Victor (Service), Leslie (Office), & the Woman in the Service/Gift Shop - all of them were top notch!!! We are SO happy with our Camper! They even sent a little Thank You box with treats! The whole buying process is phenomenal!! This is our second time purchasing here and we will do it again, no question! Sten helped us find an amazing little Jayco, perfect size for my husband and I. We are so excited to load up and get started on all the adventures that wait for us. What puts Johnny Walker RV above the rest is their technician led classes. EVERYTHING you need to know, ALL the questions answered and some even answered twice. My husband and I are Army Veterans with Traumatic Brain Injuries that affect our memory; between us and the 36 minute video I recorded as Jody walked us through the camper and new breaking system, I think we are good to go. Thankfully Jody said to 'call anytime with questions', we may take him up on that. I really cannot praise Jody enough! He is so knowledgeable, I get why he teaches but he should be selling. Seriously, all the questions, some even twice and he never flinched. Just answered and made sure we understood. We are so grateful and highly recommend Johnny Walker RV, they definitely set the standard for customer care and experience.
I have to say I am very impressed with the sales team and the service team at Johnnie Walker. Things happen all the time and it's the way you react to those things that make all the difference. We had an issue with a used coach that we purchased with Sten and the service Manager Ray and Keith worked with me to come up with a resolution that works for us so we can get our coach back and make our upcoming vacation. That kind of customer support is rare these days and it's very much appreciated when you do get it.
