I’ve been coming to this location of Johnnie Walker for years as Cole is my service writer. Cole and his Johnnie Walker team are awesome to work with, their prices are still affordable compared to other shops around town but don’t let it fool you. Their work is great, clean and done with pride. The service manager Ken is awesome to work with as well. I refer friends and family to Johnnie Walker needs no matter what it is they need from sales to service to parts.
I've been going to Johnny Walker for my RV needs for 10 years now. What I love; I run into friends, Dusty, Mike and Luis can find any part I need even from other manufacturers they don't rep, they have the best inventory in Las Vegas, their customer service is the tops (lesson to Affordable that just closed doors) centrally located and the owner is local and profit shares with all the staff. Things I hate; All the people that work there will never leave and come work with me. I recommend Johnny Walker to you for all your RV needs.

Wonderful experience buying our travel trailer at Johnnie Walker RV. The trailer was in great shape, we were guided and advised by no less than 3 experts on how everything works. Our salesperson, Kevin, stayed with us every step of the buying process, always responding to our questions and concerns and being upfront. LeeAnn in the office was obliging, friendly and made the logistics seamless. The fringe benefits of buying at Johnnie Walker include discounts, complimentary stay at a campground, merch and more. Family owned (of course you all know how I feel about small/local businesses). Worth making the trip from anywhere in the southwest if you're planning on getting an RV, small or humongous, new or used. Highly recommended!
This review is for the service department - Very hard to get a hold of them, they are not very responsive to say the least. If you need something quick or help with a "small" job, I guess they see you as a grade d customer. They are busy and don't have time for you. I wanted to get a quote for a part I needed for my RV, they are authorized dealers, I sent them an email and called and I still didn't got anything from them - it's been almost 3 weeks and they still can't tell me the price - what a joke! On another case, I used them in the past, the service was very slow, you have to wait few weeks just for parts to come in, and then because they are busy it takes a lot of time to finish the job. After they finished the job when I came back I've noticed it wasn't perfect (was very obvious to see), so I told the to fix it and they eventually did (after few days) but they dragged me all the way for nothing? I don't live near by and it was totally waste of my time.
