Garrett, Austin, and Hadley were all great! They got me the 4-horse trailer I needed and they got it fast. They even did a little finish work on it to make it just right. And the owner of the place, Mike, is a great guy; as honest and kind a man as you’ll ever find. I will definitely do more business with these guys in the future.
The 1st time that our travel trailer was there was not satisfactory 2 1/2 weeks before it was completed and I feel that I didn't need to have the inspection. Getting charged over $400 since I was doing the free Dewinterization and the safety check anyway hence the 4 star rating. But my roof was saved as it needed resealed. The second time having the roof done was a week but you treated us very well on the cost of the roof. Thanks to the Technician Tyler for his honesty and professionalism. The service department for the help. I recommend Iron Horse RV for all your trailer needs. I'll be back. Happy camping.
Called them up because I know a great guy and he will help you anyway he can. Kent is the best. We was looking for a 20 foot aluminum trailer tilt. He said I have a great deal for you. $16,000 trailer for $10,000. Needless to say we bought it. It is new but it's last year's but fine with me. Go see Kent if you need any kind of trailer.
Public service announcement! If you are looking for a good quality trailer and service after the sale, I would avoid this place at all costs. I bought a 2022 enclosed snowmobile trailer in April at the end of snowmobile season from Bridger who assured me it was a quality built trailer and that he owned one his self. Less than a week after purchase the lights and speakers started falling out of the ceiling. the diamond plate warped from poor design (no screws on leading edges). Rivets and screws loose falling out in multiple areas around trailer, handle on jack broke. After 2 attempts to get repaired i was told by Jason that diamond plate would not be warrantied. 3rd attempt I spoke with Craig who assured me he would take personal care of it and was nothing short of rude and arrogant, has now had my trailer nearly 5 weeks with no update. POOR QUALITY, POOR SERVICE, POOR MANAGENMENT. Lack of poor reviews due to just opening business.
