The service department has been great to work with. I needed only warranty work done at this time. I did not buy my 5th wheel from them and they still treated us great. We have a “bucket list” trip planned very soon and they bent over backwards to make sure they got the parts for the repairs and made the repairs in a very timely manner to make sure we are good for our trip. Alyssa the warranty manager really stepped up with the factory for us. The service manager was great with all the scheduling needed for parts and shop time coordination. The techs are awesome as well. They talked to me pretty extensively about what failed and what would be done to repair the issues. They did great quality work, cleaned up well after the repairs and went over it all with me after they were done. Awesome group of people. Thank you all so much.
We bought our camper from Hwy 34 RV in 2020!! Outstanding sales and the paperwork went flawlessly!! Gabe is an incredible salesman! Fast forward to this year... took it in to have it de-winterized, and Glen took care of everything!! He was patient and listened to all of my questions!! Would highly recommend him as your serviceman!!! Would give it 5 stars, but don’t care for one of the ladies that works there at the front. It’s NOT Angie, she’s AMAZING!!!! It’s the other, little bit older lady who works there. She is always rude when we walk in, and gets snotty when we ask questions. She should not work customer service She was working on 5/21/21, and again on 5/31/21. Otherwise, great place to buy a camper from!!!
UPDATE: This issue has been resolved to our satisfaction with assistance from the General Manager. We purchased a new Rove Lite from this dealership in November of 2021. It was an 8 hour drive to pick up the camper so prior to agreeing on the purchase we requested the sales person confirm that that the exterior gel coat paneling was not dented or creased. In an email he indicated it was just the light. My husband arrived to pick it up after the drive up and was focused on the walk through and getting it hitched and on the road. Unfortunately, due to the lighting he didn’t think to double check The salesperson confirmation that the exterior side walls were not damaged. Upon returning home it was evident that the exterior walls were dented/creased. In communication with the dealership we were told this was a manufacturing defect but wouldn’t compromise the camper. We requested they make it right by a monetary credit or camper replacement. They refused the former and offered the latter. It has been radio silence since that offer. In a follow up we were told that the offer was now rescinded due to increased prices and that the camper was considered used by the state of Colorado (even though we’ve carefully stored it inside and have not used it given we were waiting for a replacement). At no time in their previous communications did they indicate there were “terms” in their offer. We will be contacting the manufacturer next to communicate our bad experience with this dealership.
I have a 40 foot RV and took it in for service. The technicians, office staff and dealership was very friendly and helpful. I had the entire unit serviced and expected a significant bill and was highly surprised as the fair pricing from the facility. They will get all my business going forward and would highly recommend them. The icing on the cake was they washed my unit at no cost and even shined up the tires. Best service department experience ever.
If your looking for a new camper or upgrading one give these guys a shot, they have the BEST prices around and they don't hassel you like other salespeople!!! We upgraded our camper to a larger one about a month ago and the entire experience was so EASY and laid back!! We feel like we got a great deal on our trade. Gabe and Trevor are awesome guys to work with, the owner was great also! Thank you guys, we absolutely love our new camper and have zero regrets with our purchase!!!
