I don't recommend this company based on my purchase and the subsequent service of a new NuCamp Cirrus 820, in particular with the 2025 change of management. Rather than going through all the issues, I'd like to offer some suggestions if you choose to purchase from or get service with this organization: - 90-day Buyback Clause: Consider negotiating a written buyback clause if the dealership is unable to give you a fully working RV within 90 days. Even if you test your new purchase thoroughly, some problems only show up through usage. I found the impact of extended, unresolved problems to be high. - Service Documentation: Even for warranty work, insist on complete paperwork with "PAID IN FULL" written on it. I was surprised when charges were added months later. - Truck campers: Consider negotiating some level of guaranteed support that the team will take the necessary steps to make sure that your truck camper will stay securely on your truck without significant movement. The salesperson, technician, or GM verbally "saying it will work" could leave you in an unprotected situation. If you feel comfortable building your own wood frames to hold the camper in place, perhaps you can handle issues yourself. - Motion Testing Clause: Consider adding a written statement from the dealership and manufacturer that if a specific problem only occurs when the unit is driven, even if it is a truck camper, that they will drive the unit as part of their testing, covered under warranty. The costs of driving back to the dealership multiple times to act as a tester for problems can really add up. I hope that helps you!
