Not impressed!!!!!!!!!. Bought a brand new travel trailer 6 months ago, called and scheduled a winterization and inspection, which they claim regular maintenance is required in order for the costly warranty I also purchased would actually cover anything if it were to break down. Hauled it 1.5 hr one way and all they wanted to do was a winterization, I specifically asked for an inspection and winterization the person on the phone said it would take approximately 1.5 hrs to complete, and that they have a check off list they go through, after explaining what I scheduled, they said that was not what was put in the notes! they finally took someone off another job to do the inspection, only took him 15 mins to complete? I’m wondering if they actually did anything more? (I was asked by the employee if I needed a shot to calm down!) When the inspection was done I asked for a copy of the inspection form and was told I would have it via email at end of day… still don’t have it. I asked also about the extra warranty I purchased and the mobile services, we were never told there was a fee for them to come to the site, we were just told they would come to the site if needed, the guy was very arrogant when responding to my questions. Then later talking to another employee they said they would have to look at what plan we purchased because some cover up to a certain amount for service to come to the site. Communication is horrible and everyone has a different answer.
We have had an awesome experience purchasing our new Alliance Delta travel trailer through Hilltop RV in Oronoco. From our excellent salesperson Thor, to Rick from financing and Steve who took us through our walk around, everyone was super friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. No hard sell tactics or additional add on fees either like some of the bigger RV sales. We would definitely recommend working with them!!
