We just purchased our 2018 Crusader from Blue Compass in Park City a couple of months ago. We ran into problems with it while we were at the lake and were advised to take it to the Great Bend location. Cory Zimmerman was great to work with and got us in right away over the Memorial Day weekend. Repair was done quickly and efficiently. Cory gave complete instructions and a demonstration of all we needed to know about the new water heater they had just installed. Cory and his team were very friendly and professional and we very highly recommend them anytime you need help.
We bought a 2022 Grand Design 350G fifth wheel toy hauler. First off the salesman Andre was absolutely wonderful! Even though he doesn’t work there anymore We still can’t say enough good things about him. Overall a good buying experience they took time to do a solid walk around because we moved up from a travel trailer. We live in Tennessee and drove all the way to Kansas in a snow storm none the less. Our walk around and hitch install took longer than expected because we had to off load everything into the new unit from old camper. So as night fell they offered us to stay free of charge on a electric site in the back of their premises…which was nice so we didn’t have to drive in snow. Once we got the unit there were only a few minor issues (Mostly manufacture related) We wound up camping for a week on the way home to learn our new unit and fix minor issues. Once we got home and parked it for two weeks we had a cold snap. We went down to remove the batteries to put them on a tender for the winter but they wouldn’t take a charge and tested bad. So we contacted them and they agreed to replace them just send a receipt. Great customer service in our opinion. So that being said it was worth the 1100 mile drive to buy from Harper Camperland RV

Had a 50-point inspection done to get my unit ready to sell, and the service and parts departments were excellent to work with. They were quick, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Great customer service all around.
