Very happy with our Aliner purchase from Happy Camper. Monte made the evaluation and purchase process easy and low-stress. Angie in service was a superstar, spending a couple hours walking us through every fixture and facet of our new pop-up camp trailer. Highly recommended as a spot with a large selection of smaller campers that can be pulled by a smaller SUV or Crossover.
After searching the internet for an OBI Graveler, I discovered Happy Camper Too. In short, they offered the best pricing so much so that it was worth the 1,500 mile trip (one way) from Dallas, TX to purchase a trailer from them. Greg and the team did a great job in preparing for my arrival so that I could get back on the road ASAP; it was a smooth process and I ended up camping at Canyonlands NP that night. If I should find myself back in the market for a camper, I would definitely consider Happy Camper Too.
Bought a rig 8 years ago, the loan was done incorrectly & not the terms discussed with sales rep, had it to their shop 3 times for electric issues & was told it was in my mind, almost burned down because the plug in to park tower was 10 amps below factory specs & less than sold to as. GFI was never installed in my kitchen & outlet never worked on both plug ins (even after supposed replacement), one outlet only had one plug & with the other blocked off & a third outlet only worked on top. Called to speak to a manager 3 weeks ago & no return call. You will spend thousands in repairs to outside techs (theirs obviously don't do a proper job) & their sales reps lie, the management doesn't care. DO NOT purchase from them unless you get an outside inspection before you buy. My RV tech said if she had inspected before we bought, she would have told us to "RUN!" Buyer beware when dealing with this company at any location. Additional: I bought the rig at the original happy camper location in Garden City. I did call Ray & he immediately started excuses & blame shifting to the point I hung up. I bought the extended warranty & the reason I wasn't at signing was I was recovering from miscarriage at 32 weeks in utero so my in-laws went & signed their names because of time crunch. The reason I know about the GFI in kitchen area is because it is wired for it & all 3 visits showed the reports that the outlet wasn't working properly. Bottom line- you will still owe thousands of dollars & might burn down because the owner doesn't care after he gets his money that what he sold you was crap. Almost his words verbatim after he tried to bait me into a yelling match & threatening to hang up on me if I didn't calm down (my speaker on my phone is loud & he acted like I was threatening him when I tried to explain just that). I didn't want anything from you but maybe better products in the future by you expressing to your supplier the issues they sold you.
The service and people are beyond fantastic! Sam and Angie are the best black series technicians I have witnessed. They were so kind and helpful. Angie arranged a quick appointment and Sam was amazing, knowing exactly how to fix our issue. We got to meet Monte too, his knowledge of the trailers on the lot was impressive. We highly recommend them for service and when i buy my next trailer, I will drive to idaho to get it! Thank you Happy Camper Too! You sent us away as “Happy Campers”
