We just purchased a travel trailer and it couldn’t have been easier! Jim was tremendous! He took us through a few different models before we chose the one that worked for our situation, and he was extremely knowledgable on all the ones we looked at. Once we decided on a model, it was very easy to do business and finalize the purchase. No gimmicks, or tricks. Everything was straight forward and easy to understand. They made our tight timeframe work. Jim took us through the ins and outs before we got on our way. I cannot sing their praises enough. I was referred to Great Time RVs by a friend, and boy, they did not disappoint. They have superseded my expectations beyond measure, from the first time I went to look at their lot. I was not actively looking to buy, and there was literally zero pressure, which felt amazing. But seven days later I changed my mind and was the proud owner of my first RV. They taught me EVERYTHING. Two hour sessions easily turned into four, and they were always patient, not only teaching me all about my new RV and hitch, but showing and practicing with me how to drive it. My first trip I had a major confusion with my hitch, and even late on a Sunday they answered the phone, and when one had to go, the other called me back, and when it was all fixed, both of them checked up on me 😊 I took a job as a travel nurse, drove all the way to California, and they were answering questions every step of the way, time difference and all. They have walked me through some major RV milestones, frustrations, and celebrations. It truly feels like I have family looking out for me, ones who I trust completely. It’s not just about the purchase, it’s everything that comes with and after it. Definitely give Jim, Bob, Susan and Karen a chance and you won’t regret it. They even gifted me a handmade card and a delicious bottle of wine!! Which I happily enjoyed during a California sunset ☺️ They have my business forever.

I met Bob & Jim at an RV show in WPB and I was impressed by honesty and candor! Sever week’s later I stopped by the shop and was introduced to KZ Connect (C241RLK) . Bob set up my Starlink mini on the roof , thank you! I hand a small issue with the undercarriage cover , fixed. They continue to support me as I’m now on the road exploring the USA .
