This place is exceptional!! We bought a RV in Longmont Colorado coming from Texas . Starting with Derek by phone , then Kevin , Roxann , Ashley , Lilian and Scott . Each one was awesome and very professional, handling everything very well . This team is top notch ! Scott walked us through the RV and spent 2 hours showing us how everything works . Exceptional service here and highly recommended. 5 stars

We purchased a fifth wheel from this place , drove total 20 hours to get there , I gave 4 stars because Kevin Harris I believe was his name was amazing ! Helped the process smooth answered all my questions and I had a lot about the financial part . We had 2 dogs and super patient with them. Great to work with . The service department was also amazing , can’t remember name but think it’s Christopher But don’t quote me on that, helped put the hitch in was super knowledgeable and the sales department was also amazing. The only person who I felt need some extra educational support, and needs to be super knowledgeable and helpful, especially when you are charged a decent amount of money for this part was last name “ cook” doing the walk through. Had barely any experience or knowledge on the fifth wheel, knowing where important things are , yes, knowing anything else, not really but going off the check list, important though, especially for first time buyers . Thank goodness I YouTubed before getting there , even showing her where some of the thing where located at on this. This is just a leaning process for everyone not a personal attack. I’m sure she will improve over time. Recommendation or things can work on or improve for Mrs cook ( hope my pronouns are correct if not I apologize) smile first , great team has great team members, I think she didn’t like my dogs, a lot of campers are dog people , second you have a lot of different brand trailers if you don’t know the walk though your going , do a five minute refresher before someone comes cause they know or want to know and may have a lot of questions and keeps customers happy, knowledge is always the key to success. This is not to hurt your business cause I think it’s great but to help future walk through . And 3rd by the time we brought it back one ac unit didn’t work plus half out electrical System, very costly to fix. We knew what we bought , it’s the hidden stuff you don’t see or someone does not tell you and my understanding every trailer gets a “ walk through “ so that part is confusing. Just ask a lot of questions on your trailers it’s ok. New and used. So again Kevin you were amazing and this doesn’t mean I wouldn’t send people your way cause I would ! I think your great ! And Mila too ! There are highs and lows to every purchase people. So take what I said in a constructive way and they are new at that location and I think they will thrive. Service will shine and this business is worth going to.

I've never owned a camper trailer before and was looking on FB and CL. Finally decided I'd better start with a dealer until I knew what I was doing. This place had a trailer that checked all my boxes, but upon looking it wasn't that great. But a smaller trailer that wasn't even on the website was exactly what I wanted. Probably the cheapest trailer on the lot. I didn't expect much from them, but they inspected and detailed it, did an outrageously thorough walkthrough, and reviewed trailer brakes and all as though I'd bought a $200k machine. I really appreciated the time they spent on me. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, spent most of the time talking to the sales guy Gary. I will absolutely go to them first for parts, service, or the next upgrade. I rarely have anything good to say about dealerships of any kind, but they were great

Bought my Coachmen camper van a few months ago, they didn't have exactly what I wanted but found it in Utah, helped coordinate the delivery right to me and helped take care of all the paperwork for getting it licensed properly. Had a minor issue with the propane tank, and they worked around my schedule to get me the new tank without disrupting my ability to use the rig. They have a massive selection, and even if they don't have what you want, they go out of their way to find it. Kevin in the finance department also helped coordinate getting the rig early even though I was planning to pay cash. (Cash access was going to take a few weeks, so he helped me with a short term finance solution to get the rig sooner). Highly recommend.
