My husband and I bought our fifth wheel from Garland's it's a 2016 Cardinal and we absolutely love it!. I cannot say enough about the service department and their manger Jimmy, they treated us like family. Answered all of our questions and then some lol. Scott and his helper and I apologize for forgetting your name, did a wonderful job of delivering and setting it up for the first time for us and taking us through how everything functioned. Highly recommend! I am relatively new to the camping world, and the online stories about leaving your rig in the shop for months had me pretty nervous. After a 3,000+ trip up north a few things needed some attention in our trailer. The service manager, Jimmy, asked that I give them a couple of weeks to get the warranty work approved and completed. Of course bringing our new home on wheels in at the end of the season I was happy with the time estimate. What surprised me was getting the call three days later from Jimmy letting me know everything was approved and completed. The service included a recall notice on the solar system, an electrical lighting short, a plumbing issue, the black tank gate valve had a nasty little leak, and a structural issue, a wall was not attached from the factory correctly. Everything requested was fixed and was working well. The facility was clean and organized and the staff all appeared glad to be there. My experience was fantastic. Highly recommend!
