If We had the opportunity we would give this place a 10 star review. When we first called in we were put in touch with Gilbert in sales. He answered all my questions and I asked him to make a video of the coach we were interested in. It was late in the day so the next day (even in the rain) Gilbert did as he said he would and made and sent me the video. We set up an appointment with Gilbert and he was very helpful in answering all our questions and concerns. We decided to make a deal and were introduced to Reuben. He is very kind and was very attentive to our requests and we gave him an offer including some extras we wanted. He went right to work and was able to put together the deal we asked for. There was no high pressure, just an honest attitude toward getting us all that we asked for and making us happy. We agreed to the deal. A couple of days later I received a call from Mike the service manager about one of our requests. It was not going to work as I wanted and he wanted us to come in so we could come to a solution as to how to solve my request. He gave us some options and we came up with another way to accomplish our request. The whole process has been A+ and we would highly recommend this dealer and they have earned the right to service our rig in the future. We have bought, owned and had different rigs serviced over the past 20+ years and have never been treated as well as the crew at Fun Town RV

We are in the market for a Brinkley 5th Wheel and as Fun Town are the Vegas agent and were having a grand opening day I assumed that we would get the best deal. We have been to a number of RV yards and knew exactly what we wanted and what price we should pay. Our sales guy, Jeff was awesome. Very patient and great to talk with. The General Manager, Trace, is an unbelievable guy with an amazing personal history. Very knowledgeable and understanding with a true caring for the customer. Probably the best sales person I have dealt with in America. We were all ready to do a deal, sign the paperwork and drive out with our new Brinkley 5th Wheel but when it came to the main manager signing off on the sale price, it came in nearly $10k dearer than another RV dealer had offered it to us for, including our trade in. So as much as we love Trace and Jeff, the new friendship doesn't stretch $10k. It is pretty hard to be a great sales team when your company can't even come close to the competition on price. All the fancy sales techniques in the world can't beat the internet when I can open my phone and find the exact same unit for nearly $10k less just down the road.

Gilbert greeted me right away. He was patient in helping me find the travel trailer that best fit my needs. I highly recommend coming here. Everyone has great customer service. WAY BETTER THAN BLUE COMPASS!!!!!

Jeff was an amazing salesperson. Absolutely amazing, first camper he knocked it out of the park and showed us exactly what we are looking for. The prices are actually amazing when it came down to it. My kids were rambunctious and they were amazing as a team and staff. If you plan on buying a camper for any need. This is absolutely where you need to be.
