We had decided that as much as we had enjoyed our Grand Design Solitude 375 it was time to trade/upgrade and the folks at four seasons were happy to help. Their no pressure and helpful team made the choice very easy. We live nearly three hours away from the dealership but after learning they were family owned and operated and not a huge corporation with so many loop holes in their sales terms we weighed those features along with the fact that offered 30% more for our trade over the Grand Design dealer 30 minutes from our home did that was a large Corporation the drive time was well worth the professionalism and serve. Their entire team was involved start to finish. Darin, Debbie, Travis and Paul made the process run like like a sewing machine. They have definitely earned our business and repeat business.
We came in as total newbies just looking, and from the start, Darin made us feel completely welcome. He asked the right questions, listened to our needs, and helped us find the perfect fifth wheel for our family—no pressure, just genuine support. The whole team at Four Seasons was amazing. Evan in finance went above and beyond, and Travis did great and stay in touch through everything. Our family drove 3 hours for the best price and we would do it again in a heartbeat. Everyone treated us like family. Our girls loved it You can tell they truly care and love what they do.
