We wanted to share our outstanding experience with the “A team” at First Class RV. The experience started with a call to Rick in sales to discuss buying a DRV Mobile Suites on their lot and trading in my Alliance 5th wheel. When I arrived for PDI they did it right, going over everything from A -Z and making things right that I found in my and their PDI. A big shout out to Chris, the lead tech, who handled everything. Chris is a top notch ,professional technician who put us first. Once PDI was complete Bill Weldon took over to and made the trade-in and purchase go so smoothly. Bill was very friendly and was a pleasure to work with. I apologize if I left someone out, like their great cleaning crew, but they work hard as a team. I have to mention on our first day looking over the inside a nice guy came into the trailer and asked how everything was going. I assumed he was a tech and I shared a few concerns I had- he listened and said he understood. Within the hour my concerns were addressed… only later to discover Trevor was the owner. I think you get the drift of our experience
What a great experience! Came all the way from Salt Lake City to purchase a 5th wheel trailer from Shane Giffin and Bill Weldon. They treated me very well and were so easy to work with. Everything was exactly as advertised. At no point did I feel pressured or confused. They really take care if you at First Class! They even rolled out the red carpet! Literally. Thank you all for taking the time to get to know me, and making me feel comfortable.
