My wife Karol & I stored our 1996 camper at Family RV & when we went to check on our camper discovered Family RV had a 2019 Flagstaff they were selling so we fell in love & bought it & are very happy with it. Larry @ Family RV & his crew are the best & take really good car of you & your camper. They all are Honest,reasonable & really know their stuff & care more about making you a happy & return customer then to making a profit off you.We moved to Buffalo Ny & when we are ready for a new camper we are definitely traveling back to Family RV in Newark NY to make our purchase..If we could have given the more then 5 stars we definitely would have.
Great group of people here. Larry was amazing to work with and very informative for us being first time owners. All of the people here were trustworthy and honest right from the jump. Small town owner and business who is more concerned with earning your business than making a profit off of you. We were dealing with the big box stores before being referred to Larry and the customer service he provided was superior. Don’t waste your time with the big boxes and go see Larry. You won’t be disappointed!!!! Thank you guys so much!!!
I had just arrived to a campsite only to find that I didn't have enough cord to reach the pedestal. I called looking for a 50 amp extension cord. I was quickly transfered to someone completely down to earth, knowledgeable and sympathetic. They had what I needed. The problem was that I was 45 minutes away and they were closing in 5 minutes. They were willing to set something up that allowed me to get there on my schedule, after they closed, and saved the weekend. I wish this kind of company were closer to where I live so I could continue to do business with them.
Awesome place took all the stress out of getting our AC unit fixed and did inspection for us. Got us in quick, making the appointment was easy and the service was great. Recommend it to anyone that needs repairs or parts.
So we have been looking for a camper since last March, couldn’t find the right salesman or right deal. A friend of mine went to see Larry at Family RV Center and purchased a camper last year, and spoke very highly of Larry and his staff. So we went to see Larry at the end of February. Ended up purchasing a camper, the one and style we wanted, with no hassle or pushing to buy from him. Larry got us the most bottom price possible and didn’t throw in any extra charges, when he gave you the numbers you knew what was included in your price. Larry was the best, explained everything about the camper to us, and worked with us through the whole process. I would very highly recommend checking out Family RV Center. My next camper will be purchased from Larry also. And I will be sending anyone I know looking for a camper to Larry.
