Elite coach sales/service, Dave, was there for us to repair our electrical cable after my husband inadvertently forgot to unplug it at our last overnight stop. If you are in the market for a used motorhome you should contact Dave. He goes through each coach with a fine tooth comb before it goes on the market. I bought my 2004 Travel Supreme in 2021. The service after the sale is phenomenal. Just this past weekend I was stranded with a failed starter solenoid. Dave grabbed one of his staff members and drove to me to get me on the road again.
