As the new owner of my FIRST camper, a sweet little RPOD purchased in April from Dodd RV in Yorktown, I cannot say enough about what an AMAZING EXPERIENCE it was! From SCOTT HUDGINS assisting me with the no-pressure sale, to ARNOLD SMITH working out the financing with an honest desire to making sure I was getting the best rate, to TERRY MILLER taking the time to make sure I knew how all of the switches and valves and safety features of my camper worked. I have no doubt this will be my FIRST OF MANY RVs (possibly a boat down the road), that I will purchase from this beautiful FAMILY OWNED and run business. Oh, and I cannot forget MS. We were desperate for help with our RV and we could not find our Owner's Manual. I called Dodd RV and Jennifer W. gave me a phone number to text photos and patiently gave us the information we needed. Wonderful customer service. We purchased our RV from Dodd in Portsmouth in 2018 and have always been happy with the support everyone at the company has given us! Great people to purchase from!

Very helpful and friendly. Just stopped to take a quick look at a particular model so not there long. Staff was friendly and ready to help if needed. A bit late but.... This is an update. After our visit we talked and looked around at other dealers. Eventually we went back (twice). On the second visit we made a deposit on a travel trailer. The folks at Dodd were over the top. Every question answered, every concern addressed, every worry explained. Our experience was great. Drew took all the time needed during the process and we never felt any sort of pressure. A very liesurely experience. When all was ready for delivery our guy Jerry (hope I spelled correctly) was with us for a couple hours going over things in such detail that I felt as if I had been rv'ing for years and had the confidence to hit the road. After that Jennifer walked us through the financing, insurance and document process with ease. The service guys took care of the hitch and Jennifer W helped add a few necessities needed for the rig. All in all this was a 10 star experience and we have used our new rig for a month and love it. When it comes time to trade up I will certainly go to Dodd RV. And this is the same I have told a couple people I have come across when they asked. Go to Dodd, get into the RV experience.....you'll be happy you did.
