I recently purchased a mini Ford transit Connect and this was my first time purchasing a mini conversation campervan and Ms.Candy and Mr. Dave made the experience easy and pleasurable. From the paperwork process to the shipping process and the two hour orientation everything went very smoothly. They answered all my questions at all hours of the day and are very kind, patient and professional. I like my alot and it's amazing how this mini van has so much to offer and looks like a regular van that can be used on a daily basis. If you are in the market for a small campervan and want it converted in a Ford Transit Connect or a Chrysler Pacifica (some others available also), all set up and done by Dave and Candy, you have come to the right place. I found them online (an ad for the campervan I bought) at one of the van selling sites and called them. So much kindness and assistance right from the start. And it continues - they answer their phones almost all the time, for our availability - how often does that happen?! I bought that campervan. Their set up is simple, elegant and totally easy to make sense of - even so, after receiving the van (Minneapolis to South Florida), they spent 4 hours on the phone with me, giving me a complete orientation for both the camper and the Connect. So patient with my dense 75-year-old brain! They sent all the paperwork for the transfer (of course!) and endless helpful material for the stuff they covered in the orientation. I cannot recommend them highly enough for their integrity, kindness and excellent job on the conversion.
Both Dave and Candy took exceptional care of us during our first contacts and especially when we flew to Minneapolis where Dave picked us up and drove us back to their business to go over the Mini-T van and drive it home to Montana. Dave spent all the time we required to go over all the equipment and how it worked and answered all my questions concerning adding a Starlink Mini and an extra input for a portable solar panel that I wanted to add later. Then Candy went over all the dash equipment, set up our phones with the Ford App and explained EVERYTHING for us. They even will answer any questions you have after you get home. The effort they take to make sure you are satisfied is way more than you normally get. They are amazing and we are really happy with the Mini-T. We took it on a three day camping test deliberately without electrical or water and the Mini-T never needed charging even though we watched a DVD two nights and were parked in trees so didn't have sun all day.
