I have used Desert Skies RV repair for three different issues and they have all been resolved. I had one small issue with a recent repair and they fixed it quickly while I waited. I appreciate a business standing behind their work, that is rare these days. Thanks
Came out looked at my AC told me it needed replacing and that there were no ac's to do this. He left, and disappeared. He charged me $235.00 for this.Today I just had it repaired, new capacitor, for 281.28. They said they would follow up, never did. They are not reliable and honest.
Very disappointed. Our RV had a serious electrical issue that almost caused a major fire! Had to call the fire department and this happened about 1 week before a month long trip. They came out to assess the damage and said they would get to work on this right away because we informed them of our cross country trip. NEVER heard a word from them again. We even tried texting them for an update and NOTHING. Got it fixed elsewhere. What a stressful week before a trip planned for over a year. I wouldn’t recommend using these people for anything.
Told these guys to take their time fixing my camper, I had some electrical and water-pump problems. Picked it up and it was good as new.
These guys are great! They solve problems quickly and at a very good price. This is my RV's hime for repairs from now on.
