I’ve never been to Desert RV until Nov 2025. I’ve always heard great things about them. My 2019 Jayco JayFlight was damaged in a monsoon storm over the summer. Desert RV isn’t even a Jayco dealer. My choices were go to the “other” place, (which I’ll never do again), drive to Tucson or Phoenix to a Jayco dealer or give Desert RV a shot and I’m so pleased that I did! My insurance company denied my claim, of course. I received an initial estimate starting at $8,000 to repair all the damage. Wall panels collapsed, ceiling panels collapsed, there was mold in the rafters and had a substantial electrical short. Clearly there was a leak somewhere too. The shop foreman decided he would do all the repairs and try and stay as close to a much reduced price as they could since I’m a disabled veteran on a fixed income. They really did an amazing job and it looks better than new inside! All mold has been removed and rafters replaced. The roof is sealed, there are no leaks and all the electrical is in perfect condition. If you have any kind of camper, whether they sell it or not, I highly recommend them to do the work for you. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer should I need more repairs and I’m telling everyone I know about the great work they did and reasonable prices.
What a day it has been! We picked up our new 2026 Genesis 3417GSSB and cannot express enough the outstanding service we have experienced! From the initial ordering, Troy put up with all our crazy questions, answered our concerns and overall made the process incredible. The team at Desert RV worked with our crazy schedule and made it so our rig was ready for pickup! From the paperwork, to the walkthru, to staying late to switch out a better 5th wheel hitch assembly... laughs & teasing made it all worth traveling 7 hrs from San Diego to purchase from Desert RV. Honored to now be a part of the Desert RV Family! They came highly recommended and we were not disappointed!
Everyone at Desert RV Center are always so awesome. Stopped in on my way out of town, without an appointment, hopping they could help with an issue I was having with my refrigerator in my 5th wheel. David came out right away and was able to resolve the issue. Super friendly, courteous, and professional. This is my second visit with Desert RV and I’ve been very happy. I made another appointment in November to address a few other issues. They are now my “go too” rv repair place and if I’m ever in the market for another rv, I’ll go there first.
We bought our RV here and honestly couldn’t be happier. The team was very accommodating throughout the purchase, helped take care of a few repairs, and was flexible with pickup timing, which we really appreciated. Desert RV is the best to work with in purchasing a RV of your choice. I have been down this road many times but never been treated so wonderful as the people at Desert Rv. Our unit needed a new awning the ordered it and service was so wonderful. We pulled in and the guys were right there to install the awning and also discovered the door was not working correctly. Right away they fixed that as well. This company is over the top in customer service and sales. You will not be disappointed!
