We would like to say thank you to Andrew and all of the people at Day's RV who made our American Dream come true! From start to finish, they paid attention to everything. We put a deposit down on our coach sight unseen by their word that everything would be alright. While going through their inspection, they made some repairs that they found. Our son had to have surgery and we were unable to go pick up our coach. Andrew and his grandfather made the trip down to bring it to us in Cleveland, TN. The coach was as described. (Perfect!) Thank you for being good hearted, honest people! We would highly recommend Day's RV if you are in the market for a coach!!

In my opinion, this business is poorly managed and run by "bad" people. We purchased a new Lance truck camper from Days. When we brought the camper home we noticed a glow in the exterior vent cover of the refrigerator. The glow was from a flame ignited by a propane leak that was melting away the refrigerator wiring and unit. Had we not discovered the fire it could have burnt the camper up. We were told they had tested all propane units and did not notice the leak. This was our first sign. We drove the camper 3 hours back to Days to be repaired. Shortly after this, the camper developed a roof leak, the sink faucet leaked and the external hose had a crack and leaked. We again drove 3 hours to return the camper for repairs. After we picked the camper up we discovered the roof leak had been repaired but neither the sink faucet nor the external hose had been repaired. Once again we returned the camper. Approximately, 3 months later they notified us that the work was complete and we needed to pick up the camper immediately or we would be charged a storage fee because it had sat in their nearly empty lot too long. Since we were in Florida at the time this was not possible. While disputing the storage fee they threatened to have the camper impounded if we did not pay it. We paid the "ransom," picked up the camper and once again discovered they did not complete the work, as the external hose was not repaired. If this business has inventory you're interested in purchasing, buyer beware.

We lucked up and found Days RV, thank goodness! Everyone that works here is courteous, hard working, and professional---EVEN AFTER YOU BUY A CAMPER AND LEAVE😀 Not at all like many other camper dealers in and around Chattanooga and Atlanta. We drove from Chattanooga when we could have purchased one very close to home. And we haven't regretted it not once. If more RV dealers took care of their customers like this business does, buying a camper would be stress free as it should be.

We were treated like friends and not customers. Days RV kept their word on everything that they said that they would do they fixed things that need fixed and they met our needs to the fullest. We were treated with full respect and honesty. I highly recommend Day's RV to anyone who is looking for an RV they will do everything they can to help you find what you want and meet your every need and treat you as a friend and not a customer.
