We highly recommend Curtis Trailers and more specifically, working with Lauri Nicholson! We are first time camper owners and had no idea what we were doing or where to start. She was with us every step of the way. She took the time to get to know our family. My son is disabled and has many special medical needs. Lauri answered every single question and eased all of our concerns as this is so new to us. She gave us all the hands training to connect the trailer to our vehicle and let me record her instruction. We left with our new trailer and her contact information which is even more valuable than our new toy! She has remained reliable to help us troubleshoot at home via text. Mrs. Nicholson is extremely helpful, very considerate, and a wealth of knowledge. I recommend to ask for her by name. Tell them the Flynn family recommended her ;)
We recently bought our first camper from Curtis Trailers and Izzy could not have made the experience a more positive one. She patiently showed me about half a dozen models and answered all my questions. When it came time to pick up our camper she took her time showing us newbies how to work everything. I don’t even know where to start, Curtis has went over the top with their customer service. I had an issue with a bad batch of tires and they went above and beyond to make things right. The sales manager Mike is the most professional and understanding gentleman I think I’ve ever dealt with in customer service. I’ve now bought from two different Curtis trailer locations and without hesitation, I’d recommend my family, friends and strangers to choose Curtis. We keep coming back for good reason. Great people, great products. We just completed our 6th purchase from Curtis over the past 25 years. Working with Brett Williams for our 3rd unit, this time a Brinkley Z3400. Brett is always helpful, knowledgeable, patient and communicates with us perfectly. We do not like to be pressured, we move forward when we're ready. He let us work through our process, answering questions as they arose. When a model came available due to the custom order falling through, it was the perfect spec for us and we jumped. We do a lot of research, tire kicking, reviewing our options and listening to others experiences. We've had 2 Outback 328RLS and both had water issues that Curtis' service department resolved for us. Even getting some repairs covered when officially out of warranty. Brett recommended the Brinkley line and we dug into them. We were impressed and months of research, reading and watching reviews and visiting several models, the Z3400 or the G3250? Tough decision but we opted for the Z3400, due to the kitchen layout and slightly lower weight. The back deck is dog heaven! We work in retail ourselves, and know what a demanding environment that can be, from both sides of the equation. Brett has been marvelous with us, and we know that he appreciates our business. We appreciate his attitude and approach, all qualities we look for in our own staff. We have have referred others directly to him, and would do so again in heartbeat. Never had a bad experience with Curtis, from truck bed Lance campers, 40' long travel trailers and now a large Brinkley 5th wheel...always satisfied with Curtis Trailers. A rare treat to work with a quality organization for over 25 years. Thank you to everyone at Curtis who makes our lives just a little more pleasant.
Great buying experience! Our sales person Charlie Cordes was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and honest. He took extra time to teach us new trailer owners how to use all the equipment and how to transport/hook up the trailer in a safe manner. The unit we purchased was used and he also made sure everything worked perfectly and was ready for an immediate camping trip. I would highly suggest working with Charlie at Curtis trailers to anyone looking to enter the trailer camping world or looking to upgrade to a better unit.
