I purchased a new 2025 Keystone Cougar 25DBSWE from Darin in early November. Despite the sales department being busy and seemingly short-handed, Darin provided excellent service and took great care of us. We took the trailer out for a shakedown trip at the end of November and encountered several issues. While we expected some minor items, there were more repairs needed than anticipated. I scheduled the service with Sabrina, and the trailer remained at the shop for just over a month. Sabrina was wonderful throughout the process, providing consistent updates at every step of the repairs.
Brad helped us seal a deal for my parents out in California (out of state sale) Brad was knowledgeable on suitability and functions needed for them and accessibility needs. I am beyond in awe of the amazing team and Brad who helped us secure something that is going to be filled with so many memories to come. Brad Lien did an Outstanding job with my father and I with the financing and walk through process for our new Valor. Even gave us some valuable "tips and tricks" that I was unaware of about the Slides, Awnings and Generator, and ensured all of our questions were answered if he didn't know.
