We purchased an RV from Blue Compass RV of Longmont and had an excellent experience thanks to the efforts of many team members. Our salesman, Cody, provided quick, no-hassle pricing along with all the options we needed to help narrow down the perfect RV for us. While he was away on a planned vacation, his team stepped in and made sure our purchase was completed smoothly. Special thanks to Austin (GM), Dennis (Sales Manager), Adam and Dakota in Service, and especially Anthony in Finance. Anthony truly cares—he went the extra mile to assist us, even taking the time to do a walk-through before my arrival for delivery. Overall, a great experience from start to finish!
First, let me say that the front desk service writer, Bobby was extremely friendly. I felt very welcomed when I walked in the door. The rest is all downhill. This is the second to the worst service experience I've had next to Lazy Days (and that's saying something). It appears Blue Compass is trying to race to the bottom with them. After a horrific experience with Lazy Days I started using Cousins RV for my service and they were OUTSTANDING. Every time. Called for an appointment (which could take quite a while because they were very busy) but when the appointment day came, I dropped my rig off, they would perform the typical service (usually an axle service and roof treatment) and I had it back the next day. Sometimes 2 days. I was unhappy when Cousins was bought out by Blue Compass, but thought I'd give them a shot. Made an appointment for an axle service and roof treatment (which took a while to get because they too are busy. Not a problem.) I also asked if they could contact Forest River to get approval to repair the rear wall of the rig that had rotted out due to a manufacturer defect that caused an undetected leak over several years. Dropped the rig off at the appointment and figured I'd hear back in a day or two. Oh no. After a few weeks, I called to find out what was happening. I talked to Kathleen (who was also very polite) and was told it could take 2 months to get it back. For an axle service and roof treatment. That I made an appointment for. OK.... No problem, it's winter and I didn't need it right away. I said "since you have it that long, could you please make sure that the battery disconnect is turned off?". Kathleen said "we always do that". Finally picked the completed rig up after, you guessed it, two months, only to find out that they never bothered to contact Forest River about the leak AND that the disconnect was NOT turned off and my batteries were two completely dead blocks of acid. Nothing. Nada. After hooking up my truck, found that I had no trailer brakes because of the dead batteries. I was told to "just drive it a while and the brakes will come back after the batteries get some juice back." With an 11,000 pound 5th wheel. I said "does that sound safe to you?" But not wanting to leave it with the incompetence that had it in their care for the last two months, I slowly and carefully drove it home with the rear wall still rotted out and put the batteries on my deep charger. It's been over 48 hours and they are still not reaching full charge. Here's hoping I don't have to buy two new batteries. My two cents? Find another service center.

We had been on the hunt for a camper for our family. We’ve had experiences with brand new bumper pulls and fifth wheels, but were looking for something very specific. Within minutes of submitting an inquiry through the website, Maria reached out to us. She knew that we were located 2 hours away, and took time out of her schedule to send us a ton of pictures for what we were looking for. When we finally had time to come check it out, she was out of the office and forwarded us to Austin, the GM. Being the manager, Austin didn’t act even the slightest bit like we were too much for him to handle. He took extreme care of us and made sure the deal Maria was helping us with, went through without a hitch. Plus hooked us up with a price we couldn’t refuse. When we came to do the walkthrough and pick it up, Austin and Maria informed us that they had the techs perform a bunch of extra work at no cost to us, to make sure we were safe and ready to travel! This dealership immediately became part of our family. Austin and Maria will ALWAYS have our business going forward and we will always push our family members their direction also. If you’re not shopping with Blue Compass in Longmont, you’re shopping at the wrong dealership. Thank you again Blue Compass Team!!!
They have had my RV for over 90 days for warranty work and each time we call we get excuses on why it's not fixed. They don't return calls and when they do we feel like we're being lied to about its progress. This is a brand new RV with minor problems and they don't seem to care about customer satisfaction.
