First off Malinda is awesome, she does an amazing job running the park! this is a awesome little community that’s calm and peaceful with no drama everyone is great. has a community pool to enjoy and relax during summer days and very close to the big curve shopping center for all your shopping needs I highly recommended this park for anyone looking for a peaceful place to live and awesome management !

The park manager, Melinda, is super nice and helpful. She made me feel welcome from day one. Also, the location is great as it is close to many stores and restaurants
We were first winter visitors here, purchasing a single-wide mobile home 11 years ago. We became permanent residents two years ago in a double-wide mobile home. We've never found a better value for the great location close to everything, good pool, and how the park is kept clean. We love our snowbird and year-round neighbors. We don't do a ton socially but find that those who gather for parties or get-togethers are respectful of noise, etc. I appreciate that we all look out for each other and the park has stayed very safe and we've had no issues. Prices of the units is very fair compared to how crazy real estate prices are in the past few years, and we're happy to be here!
I moved to country club mobile home park in September of last year, I purchased a mobile home here, I have enjoyed meeting a lot of the residents here and the winter visitors. I love the pool here, always clean, the park is safe, the manager is kind and very helpful if you have a problem. The space rent is low.
