I am a repeat customer and will continue to use the Colton team for my camping needs! When you buy at Colton know that when something is broke they will make it right! (and if you’ve owned a camper you know that eventually you will have a issue come up)

We purchased a 2021 Bay Star Sport from Colton in April of this year. Lucas was very helpful and patient in taking us through the coach on facetime tours on two separate occasions. This was our first RV purchase and we had a lot of questions both in advance of our trip out there and once we were onsite, and the team at the Orchard Park Colton RV were very accommodating. We drove seven hours from Vermont with our soon-to-be-towed car and Colton put us up in our new coach onsite for two nights while we took care of all the details and added the tow package to the rig. They were open and honest about our options and accommodated our punch list after the first night- touching things up and securing issues we identified (Justin and Todd in service get big kudos for their above and beyond assistance!). There were two issues which could not be taken care of while we were there but they arranged for a return visit this fall to take care of them at no charge, when we make out way out west. Jeff in finance was awesome. He was clear and helpful and has been available to us since our purchase, always getting back to us in a timely manner. We read a lot of horror stories about RV dealerships and we're really happy to not be telling one now! A big thank you to everyone on the Colton RV team for a great purchasing experience. My wife and I were in the market for a fifth wheel toy hauler. We must have traveled 1200 miles between PA and NY on our search. We decided on a Friday to take a trip to Colton RV in NY. Lucas, greeted us and showed us the RVs that fit out needs, because we had a list of must haves. Lucas was very friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly, not pushy. Across the numerous dealerships that we visited, Lucas outshined every other salesman that we interacted with at other places. After looking at the units available that fit our needs, Lucas gave us his card and we left. Over the next week or two, I was in contact with Lucas and his sales manager discussing price and the fine details of a potential sales agreement. I must say, I had done my research and put Lucas and the Colton RV team to the test, they did not waiver from their professionalism, even when discussions got tough. Once we finally agreed upon a price and financing options, we set a date to pick it up. Do to our prior plans, it took 2 weeks or so to get back to NY to finalize the paperwork, take a very detailed walkthrough of our new RV and bring her home. Unfortunately, our salesman Lucas was out of town for a family event, however he left us in the great hands of Kierra in the finance department and Justin in the parts department.
