Zac from Colton RV was amazing. He offered to do a video walkthrough before we drove the 8 hours to to see our new RV. Zac answered all our questions and they were many. He was never high pressure on the sale. He walked us through the process every step of the way. He suggested that we camp there three days to make sure everything was perfect before we left. Drew the parts representative took us to every system, showed us where everything was located and how it worked. He also fielded many technical questions. We like Colton RV so much, that we were driving three hours to their other location to have additional solar panels installed.

Colton RV was a step above any experience my husband and I have had at any dealership. We knew that we wanted a Brinkley G3970 and we were just shopping around for the best deal at first. Our salesman Zak was our first point of contact through their website, and he was confident in winning our business and that he did. From start to finish the process of buying this trailer was easy and exciting. We had to travel from MA to NY and it was well worth it. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating from Margaret at the desk, all the way to Patrick coming out to our trailer after delivery to make sure all was working well. We met the Managers Kevin and Jennifer that actually got our same camper before us, and were so excited for us. Drew was amazing with the walk through and going over all the cool gadgets and functions, and anything we asked about was checked off. Signing papers with Robert was fun and enjoyable which you would not expect on the finance end and we even got some beer to cheers with. Being able to stay on site while you work through everything on your new purchase is really how to do it, and they even have the area set up with chairs and tables so you have a campground feel. Colton RV did everything possible to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase and even called someone in our area to come out to our house to repair the tiniest spot on the floor! Everything was seamless and we are so pleased that we were able to give our business to them. Highly recommend!

We can’t say enough about the service we received from Colton RV in purchasing our new(to us) Tiffin Motorhome. Zak called us after noticing that we had inquired about a 37BA. He said he had just taken one in and were we still interested. We were, but were 6 hours away. No problem for Zak. He made a video of the unit, sent it and answered all our many questions. We made arrangements to come up (north 6 hours), to tour the motorhome. BTW, we had to bring our dog Frankie with us and she was welcomed as well. We loved the unit and decided to purchase it. We asked to have the sofa switched out for recliners and that was done perfectly. The trade in and financing was done over the phone and via email with Cherie. What a capable and professional team! Finally, we took delivery of our new motor home this weekend. It took awhile because of our schedule and being able to come back up. Colton was very accommodating of that. Mike gave us a thorough inservice and orientation. We stayed overnight at Colton which was very convenient. Zak has continued to follow up to make sure we are satisfied. We very much recommend Zak and the whole team at Colton.

I worked with Zak on the purchase of our new Grand Design 303 RLS. I was purchasing from out-of-state which was highly worrisome but Zak and his team have made it a great experience so far.
