Jim was absolutely outstanding! We had looked at a few local places, including Archer, but the salesperson there couldn’t answer our questions—I actually knew more about the boat than she did. That’s when we found Jim, and the experience was completely different. He was incredibly knowledgeable and could answer every question we had. He made the entire boat-buying process fun and stress-free. He also didn’t make us feel bad about the boat that we were trading in 2024 Bass buggy. We are absolutely in love with our new boat! We purchased a 2023 Tiffin 32SA Allegro in the fall of 2023. We have had our share of problems with the inverter on several occasions. But thankfully we were able to contact, James Letournea. He was a life saver who has went above and beyond to help us solve our problems. We just recently reached out to him after hours due to an emergency in sub freezing weather, in which our inverter failed, and he was able to come up with a solution. A first time for us to attend this absolutely incredible winterization event. Every staff member had a smile, even those working outside in cold weather temperatures.I was not sure what "free winterization" would included but it certainly was much more than expected.Our camper was throughly inspected, including roof and antifreeze add to all necessary lines.The service was invaluable to us as senior citizens... helpful both physically and monetarily. We were welcomed inside with free donuts and coffe and available staff to answer the many questions we have as first year campers. We also appreciate the thoughtful gift of our free complimentary dish set to add to our camping utensils. THANK YOU SO MUCH to owners and staff of COLTON RV OF BLAZDELL, NY!!
The Colton free winterization went very well at the Blasdell shop. With the amount of campers that showed ypup Friday morning.. things went rather quickly. They did a good over all inspection over my RV to let me know of any problems that might come up. We deal with Rick, the service advisor at the Blasdell location. He has always been right there to answer any problems or concerns we have had.
Had a the worst customer service experience. We tried to go in and look at campers, but the salesperson (Austin) was distracted and rude. We had a reasonable budget, on the higher end, but maybe he thought we didn't because he acted like he didn't care we were there. Anyway, go elsewhere. On the same lot as Budget RV, so they seem to function together.
