I custom ordered an 8.5 x 20. Colorado trailers was very upfront with timeframe for the build and it was completed right when it was supposed to be. The quality of the trailer is fantastic, and the communication throughout the sales process was wonderful. I had a small issue a few months after the sale, and they went above and beyond to resolve it in a timely manner. We are very proud of this trailer and excited to put it to work all summer! You will not be disappointed!
Just bought a Cargo Craft from Colorado Trailers. Early take is this trailer is well built. But w regard to the process…smooth!! Great follow up to all questions, great videos of different sizes and options, excellent walkthrough w Dante, excellent follow up by Dante…answered every ? In a timely manner. Highly recommend! Bought sight unseen and every expectation was met. Love the tires. Drove it 850 miles home and just loved having the big tires for peace of mind. Drove through heavy wind. No issues w stability. Absolutely love the ORB option. Off road bathroom. Thanks! I’ll update on performance and reliability of trailer after a few months. Not worried. It’s a tank!!
We bought a 20ft off-road trailer from Tyler. Just had a great experience. He was responsive during and after the sale and accommodated me with an after hours pick up. Since the sale he continues to answer my questions as I configure the trailer to my use. The best thing is that the trailer construction seems much better than the Wells cargo I previously owned. Anyway, I couldnt be happier.
Easy to order. Came on time. Quality build. Then me and my 16 Y.O. boy tricked it out with solar on top, 3,000 Watt battery, kitchen, storage, etc. My 11 Y.O. boy burnt our family logo on the counter top (using the sun). We load up the electric dirt bikes, and paddle boards, and do day trips or overnight camping. My 3 boys sleep on the ground on memory foam mattresses, and my wife and I sleep in the bed of my truck on a contouring blow up mattress. We love it. We moved houses a couple weeks ago and used this trailer to get all of our stuff to the new place. I forgot to latch the back on one trip, and the jack stands got all busted up. I called Julie to figure out where I could purchase replacements, and she just mailed them to me for free. FOR FREE! That's beyond customer service, it's friendship.
Superior Customer Service. The West family and associates STILL go above and beyond after two years from purchase. We’ve been living out of our CTI trailer in the mountains of Colorado this summer and needed to get our wheel bearings checked before we leave for NM. We wanted to stay a week in Denver with family but couldn’t find a storage solution so they let us store the trailer on the showroom trailer lot. Like, no problem. Came back to pick it up today and they had; -serviced wheels and wheel bearings -checked and serviced our mini split -washed it -freaking touched up the paint on the tongue -new cool sticker on bumper (I requested that) Asked what I owed and they just said they take tips. Obviously we gave them a well deserved and generous tip. Never have I ever experienced better customer service. 10 out of 5 stars.
