Who would have thought a simple offer of hand sanitizer would bring us to this. Stephanie and I had an awesome experience at Cold Springs RV in the selection and purchase of our first camper. We were searching for a larger camper and trading in our 2016. We went to two larger dealers first. And after a horrible experience with each we found cold springs and what a difference! From our salesman George and then sales manager Norm to Jack in finance every step was easy, no games, not pushy, straightforward. They worked within our budget and found us a new camper that will work for us. It was an incredibly different experience than the other two dealers. If you are in the market for a camper and don’t want to feel pressured, and just another number then go to Cold Springs. Our entire experience was amazing.
I had for quite some time wanted to live the "van life" with my two golden retrievers. With a bit of inheritance, I bought an Airstream Atlas. Afraid of running of out of power while boondocking, someone in a forum advised me to get a generator that I could attach to the back of the van. I found Cold Springs RV and was tentative about going in because women in these industries tend not to be treated like they know what they are talking about or are just plain dismissed. When I walked in, I was greeted with a thousand watt smile from gorgeous Alexa, which immediately put me at ease. I explained basically what I needed and she brought out the techs that would understand. Brian, Eli, Paul and Greg came up with a fabulous design that I could never even conceive of! They even went the extra mile to install an anti-rattle hitch collar so my ride would smooth. They took the time to show me how to use everything, all the while being respectful of ME, not seeing my gender and talking down to me, like I am unfortunately used to when I take my car for service. They even asked me questions about where my maiden voyage would be and gave me recommendations of great boondocking places. I HIGHLY recommend Cold Springs RV to anyone for any and all of your RV needs, especially if you are a woman looking to be treated with respect!
Cold springs RV is truly a great place to purchase an RV. We just purchased our second one after 20 years with them. The customer service is amazing! It is a family run dealer so you are not bounced around and ignored. 20 years later you see the same friendly faces. Our salesperson Jimmy was helpful and informative. He was also very patient with the many questions we had. Even on his day off he still would answer any questions you had. Norm is excellent! We actually purchased our first camper from him and now got to see him again as he is a manager. He helped us and took his time to explain everything on the financing process as well as questions with the RV.
