The camper was exactly what we were looking for — especially the bunkhouse. The lot was clean, had a great selection, and the staff really knew their stuff. The staff was personable, no pressure tactics, let us look through the inventory ourselves like an old fashioned RV dealership, and have old fashioned hospitality beginning with the front office staff. Our salesman, Rob Ellis, was very responsive to questions and easy to reach by email, text or phone. We were given a very thorough orientation by Lot Manager, Tyler Scrivner, on the day we picked up our trailer. Ron Beagle in the finance department had a complete portfolio for us and made the purchase process seamless as well as easy. Vicki Sousa, Sales Manager, continued the feeling of hospitality and made the trade in of our old trailer and purchase pricing of the new camper easy, direct and without any mystery. Every person we met was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about camping. Start to finish we felt like valued customers and as if we were establishing new friends.
