Just picked up our Imagine from Grand Design from Clear Creek RV. What a great experience. I had the pleasure of working with Brooke to look at their selection of new and used Rvs. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and was all about customer service. Odell went through the walk through and was very knowledgeable and had some great suggestion for us on safety and hit all the features and ins-and-outs of the RV itself. Full service. I’ve never driven a truck or hauled a trailer before and these folk took good care of me. Showed me everything I need to know about the RV and how to use and take care of it. Very friendly service. I highly recommend Aaron as a rep, he is extremely knowledgeable on the mechanics side as well as the sales side. Made the transaction smooth, easy, and fast. No predatory sales techniques, just gave me the relevant information and facilitated the sale. Cannot recommend this place enough.
We bought our travel trailer from Clear Creek about a year and a half ago and our experience with them every time has been fantastic. We’ve taken the trailer in for routine maintenance as well as emergency repairs while on the road and each time the staff has been very professional and completed the job quickly. Even though we live in the Fort Worth area, we still choose to drive to Abilene to have the repairs done with them because of how well they do their job.
Can’t put into words how great my Buying experience was at Clear Creek RV. From the moment I walked in to leaving with the keys.
