Wonderful people, fair prices and fast service. Thankful is the word that comes to mind first knowing that good service and good people still exist. Halfway through a 1000-mile trip, motorhome broke down and was towed to this shop. We spent three peaceful nights in their lot and were supplied power and water while we waited for a specialty hydraulic fan motor from the factory. They were able to fix the hydraulic fan and other stuff while we were there. They did a great job at a reasonable price. On our departing day, the mechanic stopped by our coach with breakfast. Wow, who does that? That was nice. They got us up and running and we made it to Disney after all. Big Thanks to Everyone at Chance Creek RV.
My wife and I have just purchased a travel trailer from chances creek and it was the easiest transaction I’ve ever done. They allowed me to purchase my travel all over the phone and pick it up on my way through Virginia. They were very polite, answer every question I had, and truly went above and beyond to make us happy. I recommend for all RV needs. I will definitely being stopping back my next time in Virginia.
For mechanical stuff they are great. For electronics, not so much. We were having satellite problems that they were never able to fix even though they charged our warranty company handsomely. We found a mobile rv tech and after a couple hours he had everything up and running. Of course we had to pay for that out of our pocket because the warranty company wouldn’t pay twice. And the sad part was all it took was tracing some wires and connecting everything correctly.
The owner is really nice and always happy to help you find what you need! If you have RV problems or need replacement parts or repairs whether they are scheduled or in a pinch, Chances Creek RV can help you out. You can get your propane tanks refilled here for a great price too!
WOW! Everyone here is GREAT! Wife and I are first time RV'rs and am SO BLESSED to have some friends take us there! Everyone was nice and explained everything.
