Our adventure begins! We are so excited to have just purchased our new Casita Camper. We can’t say enough about the entire team at Casita Travel Trailers. We had an excellent experience purchasing our 2026 Casita Spirit Deluxe. Jonathan provided outstanding service, locating a unit that met our specifications, was already in production, and available within just a few weeks. On delivery day, Tyler handled the paperwork efficiently and made the process seamless. Hugo conducted a thorough and informative walkthrough of our new Casita, ensuring we felt confident operating all systems before leaving. After we arrived home, we had a follow-up question, and Miliano promptly resolved it over the phone. We are extremely pleased with the build quality of our Casita travel trailer and the exceptional customer service we received from start to finish.
We picked up our 2025 Independence Deluxe August 8 and love it so far. Victor was great when we ordered back it May, taking the time to explain all the options and answering our many questions. Carla did a great job going over all the paperwork with us and Hugo did an excellent job explaining everything about the camper to us and getting safely in the road. We have bought a lot of vehicles, boats, and other recreational vehicles over the years and this was by far the best purchase and delivery experience ever from start to finish. Can’t wait to get it all set up and get out there with our new Casita. Thank you!
We picked up our new 2025 Spirit Deluxe a little over a week ago Sept 17. I am giving this review 5 stars even though I was very disappointed with the sales process and pickup of our new trailer. The reason for the five stars is due to one employee alone who took the time to do a through walk through, addressed all our concerns, and asked me to take the time to drop a review and to give him five stars. That employee is Hugo. Great job Hugo here’s your 5 stars! Now, I will get into the bad stuff. Initially, we visited the showroom and met with Victor (who was great) he walked us through the ordering process and showed us many models and options. After the initial order, while the trailer began production we were passed off to Tyler. Right off the bat it started off wrong. Tyler called me to go over the details and started off calling me by the wrong name even though he had our paperwork and file right in front of him. We had several emails and phone calls after that to set up a pick up time where we agreed on date and time, but when he sent conformation emails the details were wrong requiring correction. Finally on the day of pickup, (this is where it gets really messed up) I finally get to meet Tyler in person. Right from the start he seems very unprofessional. Long hair, backwards hat, and very unprepared. He looked more like he should be hanging outside of a 7eleven than selling high end travel trailers. When we sit down to do paperwork, I notice the titling paperwork does not include our lienholder information even though he was aware all along we were getting a loan for the trailer. I asked Tyler to correct the paperwork, and he told me they couldn’t do that and we just had to sign it as is. I asked to speak to the person that prepares the paperwork, and he refused and told me they were too busy to talk to us. We went back and forth about this for a while and when he threatened that he would have to “charge us extra” to fix the paperwork I was about ready to just walk out and forfeit our deposit. As luck would have it, at this time the woman that does the paperwork (sorry I didn’t catch her name) walked by and we were able to explain the situation. Turns out it she wasn’t “too busy” and it was no big deal to correct the paperwork. To sum up, we love our trailer. The finished product is fantastic. Hugo, Victor were great! Tyler, I hope the right people read this and you get the coaching you need.
