The R.V. buying experience was amazing! Sales staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I went there with the hopes that I could pull something bigger than I could safely pull. Scott let me know how the weights worked so I could be safe and keep my vehicle safe. He could have sold me something so they could make more money but chose safety over dollar signs. I am extremely happy with what I got. And at a very good price. No hard sales. Every question answered. Even questions I didn't even know to ask. Then the courtesy walk through and schooling of my coach on the day of delivery. Allen was there to go through everything I needed to know and answer any questions I could throw at him. They got my vehicle all set up and made sure everything was perfect. Paperwork was a breeze as well. They take the time to make sure you know everything every step of the way. I thought they would tire of my questions but they happily answered them all. I'll definitely take all of my R.V. needs to them in the future and would highly recommend anyone who wants to enjoy R.V.ing to give them your business.

We just recently purchased a travel trailer from Carson city RV, and I have to say our experience was absolutely everything we could ask for! We met Lee (whom I highly recommend) and he was so patient and knowledgeable. We never felt pressured, he answered all our questions and made our experience great. We came back a few days later to pick up out new trailer and Zach the tech in the shop walked us through how everything worked. He was so patient and also knowledgeable! Never made me feel dumb about asking my questions! High recommend! We had an issue with our hitch on our truck and all the guys in the shop were so very helpful.
